Great location but bad owner

We arrived late due to 4 accidents in 401 west, DVP and 401 East. The website says check in after 4 pm, but the owner said that it is at 4 pm and as such she had to pay the money we paid her to the property manager to wait for us. there was no paper in the washroom which was very dirty. the rooms, dishes, appliances were all dirty. there was no gas for BBQ and no oven tray to cook the food we brought. the owner kept on blaming us for being late and that she did not make money out of our stay. she did not let us stay one hour extra the day after or rent boats only beacuse I messaged her to tell her about the cottage being dirty and not ready for us. the property manager went to bed and we had no one else to communicate with. Our one day trip to Kingston was ruined, we were not able to take shower and we felt disgusting all day long until we reached home to take shower and sleep in clean bed.
