Serenity Retreat - Minutes from 30A

Welcome to our centrally located, 5 bedroom home. It's positioned between Destin and Panama City - nestled in the beautiful Santa Rosa Beach area. Just 3 miles from the white sandy beaches and the famous 30A Highway. This location allows convenient access to the best restaurants, shops, attractions and beaches.
Whether you're seeking relaxation, adventure, or a bit of both, our centrally located home is the perfect base for your beach vacation.
Some things I LOVE about the property is there are 4 sleep machines and black out curtains in the Master Bedroom - I call it my "sleep tank"! I always come back rested from the stay near 30A. The property is newly build (closed April 2023) so there are all brand new mattresses and linens. I love that I can be so close to the action on 30A, yet out of the hustle and bustle....the best of both worlds - you can be at the beach in 3 miles. You will love these things and the number of beach access, amazing restaurants and shops as well as festivals through pout the year. Ms Terri was so friendly and helpful. She responded very quickly to any inquiries we had. The condo was decorated perfectly and up to date. The back yard was amazing and the community pool was nice as well!! We would definitely stay here again. We had a total of nine people and there was plenty of room

The property was as advertised. After our arrival we were able to get into the property as a courtesy early. We were told the home had been cleaned and for the most part it was. There were some areas that could have used a little more cleaning for instance the floors were a bit sandy. You could feel it walking on them. We were very disappointed that the refrigerator and freezer seemed to be not in proper working order. The refrigerator was not cooling and the freezer was not freezing. A repair person came out was there less than 20 minutes told us he fixed both but they never were fixed during our entire stay. Although the home had 3 bathrooms the layout of the properties bathrooms was awkward for a party of our size to use. The rugs on the floors were very slippery on the floors. And the master or primary bathroom had a very strange musty moldy smell that we could not get rid of. Overall our stay was ok, however I would be hesitant to book this property again.

While the appliance may take time to return to its optimal temperature after being heavily loaded or frequently opened, we're sorry that it did not perform as you expected during your stay. We also appreciate your comments regarding the bathroom layout, the area rugs, and the odor in the primary bathroom. Early Birthday Getaway with Family

Serenity Retreat-Minutes from 30A. My family and I had a great time for our short stay here. Originally planned for an early birthday trip. Property is in a great location. Property was clean and looks as advertised. We didnt get a chance go over to the pool. Mrs. Terri was very helpful in assiting with some of what we had planned. She is very responsive when she is sent a message. She respones back like right away. Had an awesome time here. Will definitely book again!
