4-plex apartment "D" (first floor, king bedroom, post hurricane restored, fully renovated interior-to the block walls is located just across Gulf Drive from the Gulf ocean and in the middle of Bradenton Beach city on southern end of the top rated Anna Maria Island.

Walk to all convenience: Walking distance to the best the island has to offer, including the FREE AMI Trolley, Historical Bridge Street, The Bradenton Beach city pier, the Inter-coastal, lots of restaurants, souvenir shops, bars, ice cream parlors, and of course one of the top BEST island beaches in America.

Watch the frequently seen dolphins from the beach just across the Gulf Drive... Stay here for your beach wedding or family reunions.

An hour or so before the sunsets, fire up the large stainless gas grill in the enclosed picnic area (lighted & on property) and enjoy your meal while watching the sunset from your living area apartment window...

The location was perfect—-across the street from the beach and within walking distance to many restaurants. The shower was smaller than expected, especially with the curtain wanting to constantly blow in on you, but the room met all the checklist for what was needed for a couple on a long weekend break!

What a wonderful experience for Mother's Day weekend! Very clean, plenty of space, and the host anticipated everything we may possibly need. And the view of the beach right across the street is magical! It's also an ideal location for quick walks to fun shops and restaurants when the sun becomes too much. We'll definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay, we luck out and Mike was outside doing extra cleaning. Being our first time at AMI, he gave us a quick talk on where to find thinks on the island, very helpful.It was a sm place but very well stocked, beach wagon, chairs, towels, noodles and small cooler. It was greart for a 3 day stay. Many places in walking distance.beach across the street

All I can say is WOW! The location was perfect, beach right across the street, restaurants/bars/coffee shop within walking distance and trolley stop. We appreciated the beach chairs and cooler for an easy trip to the beach. Mike was very responsive to my "many" questions and I truly appreciate it. You cannot go wrong renting this villa. Our host, Mike was incredibly professional, with great communication. We were offered an early check in, the place was spotless clean and well appointed with everything we needed to be comfortable. This condo was AMAZING! It was very clean, well laid out, roomy and well stocked with dishes and essentials. The location was great with an amazing view of the beach. You are literally right across the street from the beach and within walking distance to lots of great shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Florida.

Great location! Clean rental and a set up for a perfect beach getaway. Beach towels, wagon, chairs and umbrella were all included. It was a nice spot to take my teenage daughter. The street in front of the villa does have heavy traffic. We could walk to the beach and had shopping and restaurants close by. I would get a golf cart if you want to go to the north part of the island.

(SLRPS) Purchased this 2 story / 4-plex located right in the center of beautiful Bradenton Beach because of its great location and proximity to the Beach, City Parks, and the Bay. The property has on site parking spaces, one assigned parking space for your apartment. Additional day time public parking is on the East side of the building a short 1/2 block away for a beach wedding or day visitors.

What makes this property unique

When you stay here you can park your car and forget it (recommended).
Everything you need is right here within walking distance or a short FREE Island Trolley ride away, including Historical Bridge Street, Bradenton Beach city pier and the BEST the island has to offer.
The Sand Dollar white sandy beach has natural wading pools just past the surf. Sometimes there is almost no surf at all, which is popular with relaxation seeking rafters. Wave runners, sail boats, kayaks, beach or charter scuba (ask diver, Capt. Mike or the local dive shop), and other watercraft rentals are just a short walk down the beach. Just let Capt. Mike know prior to your arrival what type of water sport or leisure activity you wish for before or during your stay and he'll be happy to guide you in the right direction…
Wedding parties can walk from this location for all beach wedding arrangements.
