Birthday at the beach

Our stay here was wonderful! We came out with friends and our family and had an amazing stay, nice and close to Hampton beach we didn’t have to drive anywhere! We would love to stay here again in the future!

Family Vacation

It was an amazing getaway at a wonderful beach house ! It had exactly what we needed for accommodations and the owner was very helpful on all levels ! We are fortunate to have adult kids that still like to vacation with us every year so that makes it all worthwhile !

The house was clean and well-maintained. It was kept cool by very effective, but quiet window AC units. TVs with cable and Apps. Chest of games. Great central kitchen island with stools for games and parties. More bedrooms than you would normally expect,Close to beach, 10 minute walk, which saves tremendously on parking costs. The section of Hampton Beach that you typically approach is near the statue, and is less crowded than the area by the Hampton Shell and Casino Ballroom. Beautiful water access, near bathrooms and quick-wash stations, with easy ramp for strollers and walkers. Also, this is a great spot to start the boardwalk and walk south towards the Hampton Shell area; best selection of shops and food.

The space was very clean and the location was great and the owners were very responsive and we were very appreciative of the beach chairs and wagon as we could not fit ours in our car with all the people, food and clothing. We also enjoyed the fire pit and grill, they all worked great.The only downside was the outside of the property, it could use a little love. I believe two of the windows were cracked and one had a big piece insulation over it. We assumed this is a work in progress since it has obviously just been renovated on the inside very nicely. In all we had a great time and enjoyed staying there.
