Pick up all dog poop left by your pet and double bag it. Please dispose of it in large blue garbage (failure to do so will result in a additional fee of $50
If the Grill is used please clean it. Failure to clean will result in a additional charge of $35
Please set thermostat to 76 degrees, turn off all lights, and lock all doors/windows that where used during your stay.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This place was amazing I did not want to leave ! Not only was the property manager very available they were very accommodating 👍😄😄 the photos were exactly like the place !Overall 12 out of 10 !😁😁😁😆😆 I will Definitely be booking here again .

We were in town for family wedding

The house was very clean just like the pictures we had no issues. We had five people staying everyone loved it. Beds were comfortable did not have anything problems. The beach was close maybe 10 min away . We would stay there again

I DIDN'T STAY AT THIS HOUSE

Due to "maintenance" I was not able to stay in this house. The host set me up with an alternate destination to stay but I was not at all happy with it and don't believe it was anywhere as nice as this house looks. I was not happy with the result here at all. I will not do this again...
