Very easy to access and perfect for our needs. We brought several family up for a graduation and it accommodated us all. Not a criticism but just a note… yes the decor is a bit aged but it was clean and very nice. I had not considered that I should take stairs into consideration for my 83 yr old MIL who found the split entry a challenge.

We stayed here for a family wedding outside of Omaha. The neighborhood is nice and everyone had ample room. The house is a little older and could use a bit of fixing up. This was accurately reflected in the photos for the most part. However, for the time we were there and the price, it fit the bill. Host was great and very responsive!

Run down and very dated

The house is very dated and run down. We had small infants and toddlers and the stair railing is not up to code. Every room is dated with visual things that needed to be fixed.

Spacious but dated and worn

I had to prompt the owner to send me check in details. Very unprofessional. The house was spacious and in the right neighborhood for us but the good stopped there. The carpet was worn and dirty. Cupboards were not well stocked. They promoted they had a Keurig but there were no pods to make coffee. The instructions were sparse but the Wi-Fi did work well. The toilet was poor and kept running after flushing. All the woodwork and cabinets were very dated and worn. There was a towel rod broken off in the wall in the bathroom and a leak coming through the bathroom ceiling. This house is not ready to be rented until they update and stock appropriately.
