My Blue Heaven! Sleeps 6 - Lakefront!

When you take your family on vacation, there are many factors to consider, foremost is the place that will be your home. You have worked very hard and planned all year for your vacation, and it is important that where you stay is very nice and clean. You have found it! My BLUE HEAVEN is a roomy upscale condo at Bernard's Landing Resort, located in the Woodlands. You will want to make this your vacation home year after year. The main attraction is the dramatic view of the lake and the mountain. There is a picnic beach with kayak storage just steps away, and 2 paddle boards for you to use, plus docking for your boat in any of the open slips, or you can rent one while you are here. An over sized deck is perfect for watching the sunrise, enjoying the lake, or watching your children fish or swim off of the docks . The Woodlands feature the largest condos, in terms of sq. footage of any others located at the resort. It is the closest building to the water here. You will love the easy walk to the pools, larger beach with volleyball, restaurant/bar, playground, children's wading pool and more!
Your lake vacation will be a wonderful experience in this distinctive, luxury home. It has a king bed, a queen bed and a full bed. Smart TV's in all bedrooms. The bar has a karaoke machine for family fun. We are 12 min. away from shopping, and fun places for the family. Bernard's Landing is a giant peninsula at the end of a state road, so morning walks are recommended!

Best Quick Getaway!

What a surprise when my wife stumbled across this little gem. Not only did we love the neighborhood, but the condo was an ideal quick escape before school starts again. Our two boys love to fish and the side access door directly down to the docks was absolutely perfect. The condo was super clean, the size for our family was ideal. The sunsets and views from our balcony were amazing. Great location and wish we had rented it for longer. We would definitely love to come again!

The perfect getaway

This was our first trip to Smith Mountain Lake and this place was perfect for our family of 6! Very clean and comfortable. We felt like we had more than enough space to accommodate our family. We loved relaxing on the spacious deck and being right on the water. Location was wonderful. We were able to rent a boat right around the corner. Close walk to pool. Also close to mini golf/arcade/shops (10 minute drive). We didn’t try Napoli by the Lake but it looked very popular and just a stones throw away. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Can’t wait to come back!

Great views and location!

Waking up to the gorgeous views of the lake was such a treat. We had perfect weather and just enjoyed the charm of the area. There were 8 of us (4 adults and 4 kids). There were several large grassy areas to play football/frizbee. The pool was within easy walking distance and the larger beach just a short drive around the corner. The condo building overall was dated, some things needed repair in our unit, and the 3rd bedroom was much smaller than expected. But it had a cozy layout with plenty of space to sit, cook, eat, nap, etc. Overall we had a great time and hope to return to the lake later this year.

Planned a quick getaway for 3 nights. Normally we stay by SML State Park. First time at Bernard's Landing. Loved it. Great restaurant/bar on premises. Amenities were wonderful. Our private little beach was the icing on the cake. Planning another trip already!

We had an awesome vacation at SML Bernard's Landing in the Johnny Mo's Secret Beach Place condo. The accommodations were awesome and had everything we needed. The view of the lake was incredible and we were walking distance to everything that Bernard's Landing has to offer its residents. Would definitely stay there again. Thanks to Terry and Carol for all of their help before and during our stay.
