This three bedroom unit is part of a triplex. With off street parking, this is a functional space with no frills but all the comforts of home inside the apartment. Bedrooms are on the second floor and the bathroom, kitchen, dining room and living room are on the first floor. The stairs are "farmhouse" stairs which can feel steep to some so worthy to note. You will enjoy all the space at such a value!

Good spot to stay for a family reunion

We stayed for the weekend and enjoyed the trip, I didnt notice the fact the bathroom and the bedrooms are on separate floors, this was my mistake, everythi g there was excellent and we had a great time.

We booked a last-minute ski trip for the peak days between Christmas and New Year's, and there were very few options still available that were within our budget. This property was a great find. Super clean, quiet, just a few minutes' drive from downtown Barre, and enough parking for our two cars. As other reviewers have noted, the only bathroom is on the ground floor and all the bedrooms are upstairs, so that might make it less than ideal for people with mobility issues or families with small children, but it's a great option otherwise. We also had never been to Barre and ended up loving it. Ladder One Grill and Cornerstone Pub were our favorites.

PROPERTY WAS GREAT FOR OVER FLOW , Family thanksgiving.Television did not work no matter what we did or tried which was quite frustrating for all, when we were there.Suggest maybe a TV in primary bedroom upstairs , for the amount / night we pay!
