Sierra Madre is a great community for neighborhood walks, and access to trail hikes. It is also close to Pasadena and many area attractions.

The space
You will be welcomed into the sophisticated space with an open floor plan, chef’s kitchen, large deep bathtub for soaking, lots of windows and natural light, clean décor, artwork, and many special amenities. Play outside with a pickleball set, basketball hoop, or corn hole. Play inside with a ping pong table, yoga mats, or card games. Enjoy indoor/outdoor California living with your private courtyard with relaxation areas, outdoor dining, and string lights.

• Main bedroom has a new Casper California King premium mattress with high quality premium linens and a beautifully tiled en-suite bathroom with shower.
• Second bedroom has a very comfortable Double bed with high quality premium linens and a nearby bathroom with large, deep bathtub/shower.
• Living room has a Rove Concepts Milo sofa that converts to a Queen size bed.
• Self check-in is via Lockly smart keypad on the front door. A unique code will be provided for your stay.

Guest access
This home is a duplex with one attached wall and lives like a single-family home. The neighbor is polite and quiet. Your large side courtyard and detached laundry room are your private spaces. The back concrete sports area is shared space, but only used for occasional owner/neighbor access to the garage, and will mostly be yours. There is no guest access to the garage. There are 2 side by side parking spots for you in the driveway, next to the front door. Additional parking is available on the street.
