Grundsätzlich eine schönes Reihenhaus mit Tiefgarage + Stellplatz. Großes Wohnzimmer mit offener ,gut ausgestatteter Küche. 2 Schlafzimmer mit ( durchgelegenen Doppelbetten) + 1 Kinderzimmer . Sehr große ca 60 qm Terrasse. Lage : nah an der Autobahn ca 100 m //Strand ca 1000m Negativ : Versprochen 3 Pools davon 1 beheizt In Echt: 1 Pool unbeheizt also im Winter nicht nutzbar Whirlpool auf der Dachterrasse In Echt : Seit 4 Jahren defekt . Dachterrasse nicht nutzbar -vermüllt Markise auf der Terrasse defekt Im Grunde wirklich schön -- aber es besteht erheblicher Modernisierungsstau und bitte schön ehrliche Beschreibung

False advertising

This property is not listed properly. The jacuzzi doesn't work and we were told hasn't done for about 4 years. There is not "2 heated pools and a kids pool" - there is 1 pool which has never been heated and was absolutely baltic. We did stay in January so I appreciate the temperature may not be an issue in the summer months. The house itself was nice, plenty of space and the facilities were good. The patio and bbq were also nice and gets the sun all day. It's about a 20 min walk to the beach which was fine but we had a toddler with us so if we had known the pool facilities were not going to be as advertised we would have picked somewhere closer to the beach. Overall we had a good time but we were very dissapointed that we'd been lied to on the listing and annoyed we had to spend more money outside the house on food/taxis/accessing swimming than we anticipated.
