Charming family-friendly 4/2.5 pool home in historic Springfield Jax

Welcome to Happy's House, a family-friendly historic home that checks all the boxes! Our bright 4-bedroom two-story house is close to downtown and 12 miles from JIA. Nestled on a quiet street among mature oaks with a saltwater pool, it is just 15 miles to Atlantic Beach (a 22-28 minute drive.)

Gorgeous native trees, grand historic homes, 3 micro-breweries, 2 coffee shops, 2 ice cream parlors, a bakery and several great restaurants on Main Street are all just a few blocks away. You are just 5-7 minutes to downtown, Everbank Stadium, the Jumbo Shrimp and many other constant sporting events, concerts, and festivals throughout the year. The house can comfortably accommodate 6-8 people, with plenty of free on-street parking and all the comforts of home.

Springfield is a safe neighborhood, but it is also in transition. As with any area close to a major downtown, there is a wide variety of people from all walks of life.
