No pets or smoking. Fine of $300. No glass at the dock. You must do check out procedures of there is a fee of $100 min
Quiet hours must be followed 10pm-8am. Second warning will be asked to leave without refund. No EV Charging at the home

This house was great. We have 10 people and plenty of room for all of us. Great dock for sitting and laying out by water. Kitchen was huge and stocked with everything needed. The arcade games were a hit too on the rainy day

Perfect house!

Went down with a group of girls and the house was perfect! Very modern and updated and was just like the pictures. Friendly neighbors and big dock with plenty of chairs. The lily pad was great and they have noodles as well. All beds and couches were comfortable and lots of bathrooms. Would recommend for a big group!

House layout was great, different hangout locations were utilized. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Dock was great and cove allowed relaxing water activities. Parking is very tight with 5 vehicles. Security cameras are watched.

Beautiful house with so much space and in the perfect cove!

We loved our stay at this house and will be booking it again! Extremely clean and the layout is perfect! Huge open kitchen/dining with a big living room and sectional so everyone has a seat. All the windows along the back of the house bring in so much natural light and allow for a great view. The dock has plenty of space to hang out and get some sun or sit around and visit. Just an amazing house that I would highly recommend!

Great space and dock location

We had a great time with 18 of us in four family groups to celebrate parents anniversary. Had to get a little creative with some of the sleeping arrangements, but that was more due to our family logistics than the space itself. The bunk bed room does have privacy curtains which we were thankful for (listing doesn’t show them). Only loss of a star I gave is the owner did not appear to know what was at the dock and available. There’s actually only one kayak, But there’s a paddleboard and Lily pad. Wish we knew that ahead of time as we ended up having to haul our own lily pad because we were told there was only two kayaks and nothing else. Overall, highly recommend!!

This home has so many great benefits. Its a large home so their is plenty of room for 18 and being able to spread out. The home was recently renovated and still has that new home smell. All of the furniture and decor is also also new. And the dock is amazing! There is lots of room to do your favorite lake things.
