This unit was perfect. Had absolutely everything we needed for our stay. Having the washer/dryer in unit was amazing! This was our first trip to Maui and traveled around a large portion of the island, staying first in Daniel’s unit. We found it to be our favorite part of the island and will definitely stay here again if given the opportunity. Great location, easy check in, terrific amenities and awesome communication.

Property has everything that we needed,location is perfect, parking spot,dishwasher, washer and dryer, full kitchen...absolutely nothing to complain about. Nice and quiet area,beach is across the street from the complex,slow and piecefull life around, highly recommended,we would rent it again

Host was very kind and easy to communicate with. The check in process was explained very well and was easy. Communication was great. The studio was very well stocked with resources like towels, kitchen supplies, bathroom and laundry supplies and beach supplies also. The studio itself was located very close to the beach and was very bright with a great view as a corner unit. It also had a combo washer/dryer which worked wonderfully. Overall a great experience for our first time out in Maui!

Great location, 7min walk to the beach park. Loved the view from the patio on the 2nd floor, and abundant sunlight being a corner unit. This is a studio with efficient use of the space perfect for 1 or 2 people. There's a rolling table you can pull from under the study desk which we used to eat. The patio is great too but sometimes the wind was too strong. We cooked almost every day and and Daniel wasnt sure if there was any cooking oil so we ended up buying one, which turns out wasn't necessary bc there was one! Salt was missing but used the other seasoning so it wasn't an issue. Otherwise the apartment had everything we needed and more- extra towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, detergent for all washers. Particularly enjoyed the quiet washer :)

Aloha Youngeun Thanks for the stellar review. Glad u enjoyed the furnishings. They're not typical as many owners put the cheap stuff in there for tourist wear & tear. Yes, the w/d is golden. Full-sized. Most units, even 1&2 BR units have the small ThinTwins. Also, most studios don't have a dishwasher or exhaust fan in the bathroom to remove moisture after a shower or laundry. Great location with everything I needed for a low-stress beach vacation as a solo traveler. The beach chairs and towels were appreciated. Well equipped kitchen allowed me to prepare many meals during my stay. Would definitely stay again.

Host provided small toiletries in the bathroom along with detergent for washer and soap and sponges for the kitchen. Kitchen was well equipped for any and all needs. Bed was very comfortable and great linens. Would rent again if given the opportunity.

Very cozy and well kept space with elevated appliances and furnishings that provided me with a great space to get some quiet rest, take leisurely strolls to get groceries/supplies/meals, and get to the beach for some lovely morning walks and gorgeous evening sunsets. Daniel was kind and clear in communications, and respectful of my privacy. Would love to stay again.

This was the perfect condo for our stay. There were two of us and we found it was just enough room for us and our stuff. It was very easy to find the place as well as check in. Perfect location for all activities and dining. Kitchen was also fully stocked with anything you would need.

Stocked kitchen with plenty of paper products, soaps, foil.View not so much but patio ok. Check in instructions perfect. Smaller than we thought then the photos but works for two people. Very responsive owner when I had questions.

Aloha Heidi, Thanks for the review. The view and size of the condo are clearly shown in the photos and descriptions, but still sad that it wasn't 5-star worthy. You mentioned to me prior that you were a former Air BnB owner. Owners are often the most critical. Thanks for replacing the beach chair you broke. Also, since we're being critical . . . you left stains on my sheets that wouldn't wash out, so I had to buy new ones. You also left the coffee pot turned on when you left, a.potential fire hazard. It's all part of the biz. I wouldn't even have mentioned it, had you not subtracted points from my rating. Being a former owner, you are well aware of the importance of ratings. That being said, you are still welcome back again anytime. Mahalo, Daniel

Aloha, Thanks for the review. I am unsure about your experience at the office for registration. This is a formality they make owners do. It is mostly so they can verify who is in the unit and to issue a parking pass for your car, The office is open until 6:30 daily. It's ok to check in the following day if you miss that window. This is something out of my control and you weren't very specific as to your issue with that. However, giving me less than 5 stars effects my VRBO ratings and any problems should have been brought to my attention, so that I could address things, rather than punishing me for something I had nothing to do with. At least the AC was good.

I had a great stay. The condo in a great location, south end of Kihei, easy to get in an out of and quick to the highway. The unit had all the essentials, plus beach towels, chairs, etc. Easy walk to the beach park, lots of restaurant options within a 10 minute walk.
