With 3 large bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, a comfortable living room, and a fully equipped kitchen with all-new appliances and kitchenware, our home offers everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Each bedroom is generously sized each has ceiling fans for your comfort.
The house is located about a 3 min walk to the beach and in a quiet family friendly neighborhood.
Outside, enjoy your own private deck, gas grill, and each has their own driveway. The large backyard is shared since the house is a duplex (you cannot access the unit from the interior only exterior access) it offers plenty of space for picnics, barbecues, and outdoor fun.
