In a central location of the city (Gracia El camp d`en Grassot), in the border with dreta del Eixample and Sagrada Familia District, only 8 minutes by Metro from Plaza Catalonia & The Ramblas, & easy access to the beach and the airport. This quiet 70 sq. metre, 2 bedroom apartment is housed in an early century art-nouveau building with elevator, so no problem with suitcases. The apartment includes a sunny beau window overlooking a typical Barcelona Example patio, where having breakfast or a drink will make your stay even more enjoyable. This apartment sleeps up to 6 in a spacious double bedroom, a single bedroom and a double queen sofa bed in the living room area. Both bedrooms are completely furnished & quiet. The apartment also has central heating & air conditioning. There is a fully equipped kitchen.
This apartment is in one of the best central location of Barcelona ( 2 street from Verdaguer Metro Station ) and between the historic city & Gracia neighbound; monuments & the interesting shops area and restaurants are 5 minutes away by Metro. A large interior AC apartment located next one of the most beautiful avenues of the city, like is Paseo San Juan, as also in one of the most traditional district of the city "Gracia" and yet close to the noisy and fun Historic city and Las Ramblas, that is to say centrally located and isolated from noise, as well as very short distance of the main main monument of the city, Sagrada Familia church, as also shops, bars and restaurants around.
