About this property

This immaculate 2022 Keystone camper trailer is parked at the end of a gravel road halfway up a mountain in the Riceville Community less than 20 minutes East of Asheville. Master suite with a comfy queen bed. 2 extra wide bunk beds. Dinette turns into a bed/lounge space. Fire ring and more nature than you can shake a stick at. 11 minutes by car to Shope Creek trailhead. 11 minutes to Warren Wilson College. Wifi.

Camp Sassy was a hit!

Myself, my girlfriend, her sister, and our dog went to Asheville for the Memorial Day weekend and stayed at Camp Sassy and I sure am glad we did! It was the perfect retreat away from the city to relax but still close enough to head into town. Such a peaceful setting that had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend it and will stay again if ever back in the area!
