2024 Summer Vacation

We had a good trip, really enjoyed the condo. Only thing when we got there were some things that hadn’t been cleaned as well as they should’ve been but was a nice condo.

Thanks for the feedback Todd. We clean our own units as we do not use property managers. I have generally received great reviews for my cleanings so I was disappointed to read this review, but I will strive to do better for our guests in the future.

The unit was perfect and in an awesome location, right next to Pier Park. The host, Clint, was great and responded to messages promptly. Definitely keeping this one on my list.

We had a wonderful time!

The condo is fantastic! The property manager was fast to answer all my questions and I had plenty! We had an amazing stay. They have fun games to play with the kids in the tv cabinet! The view is beautiful! It was nice and clean and really family friendly. The pool in tower 3 is amazing and the beach access is so nice and easy! Plus there was plenty of parking and it’s so close to shopping and restaurants that we walked to a lot of places. I highly recommend and plan to stay here again in the future!
