Both families and couples will feel right at home in this spacious coastal retreat. The property boasts three bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, as well as two separate living areas. Each bedroom has its own private ensuite bathroom. When you aren’t out enjoying SSI’s wonderful restaurants, cook your favorite meal in the well-appointed kitchen. Enjoy your meal at the kitchen bar or sit around the large dining table for a family dinner. After dinner, take in the ocean view from the large covered porch. Don’t worry about climbing stairs, with your own private elevator that can take you from the 2-car garage up to the condo. Enjoy the convenient beach access, located directly beside the condo. Walk over to one of SSI’s best beaches, less than 50 yards from the property. When you are ready to venture out to enjoy all SSI has to offer, a golf cart is the way to go. Ask about our separate golf cart rental. We can have it waiting for you to arrive! Nestled conveniently between the village and the King & Prince resort, this property is the perfect location for your SSI getaway.

Beautiful Property / Great Location / Wonderful Owners!

The condo is lovely! A spacious kitchen, living and dining room greet you as you enter. There's a beautiful, comfy deck just off the living room with lots of space to gather comfortably. The furnishings are cozy and inviting. It's in a great location, about a half a block from the beach and a few minutes from the marina and pier. Close to lots of great restaurants and shopping, easy to hop on the road for sightseeing. The owners could not have been more accommodating and pleasant. We will definitely go back to this property whenver we go to St. Simons Island!

Perfect Get Away

From the moment I entered this condo, I knew it was going to be a wonderful vacation. Top unit, tall ceilings and quiet. The decor is tasteful, light and airy, the kitchen well stocked (we appreciated the spices, sugar, basics since we weren't able to get to the store first thing), and the layout was perfect for two couples... having 2 comfortable king beds was key. The unit has a nice layout and is spacious enough for family and/or friend travel. The outdoor patio is where we spent most of our time as it's a block or so from the beach so you can hear the ocean and enjoy the beauty. Great location - only about a 2 min walk to the beach. Owners were great to work with and answered in a timely manner when I had questions prior to our trip. Can't wait to go back!

Amazing Stay

This house is absolutely beautiful. I never wanted to leave. The furniture is comfortable, the view is beautiful, the kitchen is well stocked, and the rooms are spacious. We spent so much time on the porch, but the two living rooms were a huge bonus with kids. The elevator was super helpful for moving our stuff in and out and having the outdoor shower was great (it even has hot water)! The walk to the beach was so quick (maybe 2 minutes) and even my 3 year old didn’t mind it. The hosts were quick to respond and checked on us to make sure everything was going well. We can’t wait to come back!
