This property is exactly what it claims to be: very small cabins that are great for a short stay. They’ve got everything you need, fit into a pretty tight space. It’s not fancy, it’s basic, but it all worked fine and kept us comfortable for two nights. Good location, clean cabin, very friendly and helpful communication from the host before we arrived, making our check-in super easy even though it was a late arrival. This style of lodging isn’t for everyone, but if you’re looking for a place with amenities like The Ritz, you’re probably looking elsewhere anyway.

Comfy cozy cottage at the entrance of MDI

nice location outside the hustle and bustle. The office offered many amenities and treats that made us feel very welcome. We loved the privacy and independence of the cottages, within walking distance of 3 lobster pounds, a bakery, and a small grocery store.
