Large park with kids playground, ball fields, hockey rink are right out the backdoor! Many hiking trails and access to the Sturgeon River is just a short drive from the home! Burt Lake and Mullett Lake access is 5 minutes away and downtown Indian River is at your fingertips!

The perfect amount of space and amenities for our family. We loved the kitchen and coffee bar! A couple issues with ants making their way into the house, but outside of that, we had a very comfortable stay.

We had a great time and it was nice relaxing in our VRBO. The kitchen had nice appliances and was easy to cook in. The bathrooms were great. The shower was wonderful. The bedrooms were very comfortable. I liked having the 3 televisions! I guess the only thing was my husband suggested to turn the hot water heater down as it was hard to regulate the water. Christmas decorations were everywhere and it was nice since it is so close to Christmas. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place.
