This house was a wonderful location for our short-but-sweet family reunion. Loved to have the family able to spread out, the arcade games were a blast, and we spent many an hour in the pool, playing bocce and doing puzzles. Short 15 min drive to nearly anything you could need in nearby Chapin.

Our stay at the Hamms house was spectacular. My kids had fun paddle boarding on the lake, we used the beautiful pool daily. We were here for my son’s army graduation from Fort Jackson, at first I was disappointed that I selected a property so far away. However after staying at the Hamms house I wouldn’t have wanted to stay anywhere else. This kids are asking when we can book again.

Great Lake Trip

Home was beautiful…atmosphere was very relaxing this was our 1st lake trip and we are looking forward to making this an annual family vacation stay!!! Host was very responsive to all questions.

Hamm House on Lake Murray

We had an amazing stay at the Hamm House. Such an adorable lake house. One of my favorite stays on Lake Murray. Can't wait to come back. Lauren our gracious host was wonderful!

Beautiful location

The house was great for our family holiday visit! We love the views, the deer in the backyard, the walk to the water, the fire pit and kayaks. We would most definitely comeback as Laura the host was great.

The whole property is beautiful. So relaxing. The house if gorgeous and has plenty of room. Lots to do at this place. Well worth the price. I would absolutely stay again. The owner was so sweet and responded very fast. She even gave advice for pizza. Although the place she recommended was closed we ordered from roma house of pizza and it was delicious.

Our family stayed at this property recently and we had the best time! This is a beautiful space and so much to do! We enjoyed kayaking and paddle boarding, fishing and swimming! We cooked out on the grill and enjoyed the view of Lake Murray from the pool and the master bedroom deck! The host was so responsive and accommodating! Highly recommend this place for a fun, family trip!

Everything at this home was perfect for us. We loved the layout of the house. The pool was perfect! The home was clean. My husband loved getting out on the kayaks.

Great experience!

We would definitely stay again! The house was perfect for what we needed. We liked the layout of the house and the separate gathering areas it offers. We had everything we needed as far as house supplies go, so that was really nice. The outside fire pit was awesome and everyone enjoyed it.

Nicely renovated, comfortable beds

Nicely renovated home, very comfty beds, lots of space. Loved the arcade games - fun brief distraction. Beautiful lake view and pool area. Lake entry is straight in through a little grass/marsh because no dock so be aware, owner does accurately state this in listing. Neighborhood around the house isn’t as nice as the house.

Peaceful getaway

This property was great. We really enjoyed the pool, since the entry to the lake was grassy and didn't have a beach. The provided kayaks and paddle boards are nice! I didn't realize that the house was on three levels, which created a little difficulty for mobility impaired people. Also, the dining room area is not air conditioned. We did have a small issue during our stay, but the owner responded immediately, and it was repaired very quickly. The lake is beautiful and was not overly busy. Very close to Dreher Island State Park. We really enjoyed our visit.

We had the most amazing time at the Hamm House this summer! Being on the water and also having a large pool was absolutely perfect for our family. Having a boat slip at the Marina was also a great feature! The description of all of the amenities was spot on and perfect. The home is very spacious and the property is absolutely beautiful and very peaceful!
