Outstanding home, everything you could need or ask for, and very comfy. There was a small park directly across from the home that our kids loved and the home is centrally located to do a ton of different things in northern Arizona! Would stay here again no questions asked!
This house was perfect for our family to spread out and relax after a day of exploring. Centrally located, it gave us easy access to all the top attractions in Arizona. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals at home—including an awesome grill we used often! The home was clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay!
Access was easy, and great communication and information were provided upon arrival. I have a two-year-old and a four-year-old who loved it. The location is directly across from a park, so even when we weren’t out exploring, the kids could enjoy the park right across the street. There’s also a green space where we were able to play baseball. With some of the toys provided, it was a wonderful place to stay. I would definitely recommend it and would stay again.
My daughter graduates this weekend and we stayed at this wonderful property in Flagstaff. Thanks for the hospitality. This property was more tha we expected.
Comfortable, clean home in a neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay there. We had some difficulty with the locks, but after calls and texts, we were able to get help. The neighborhood and the house itself(popping sound in house and loud echos). Overall, it’s a nice place to stay.
Beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood in Flagstaff. This was our base camp for visits to the Grand Canyon and surrounding national monuments. Very much enjoyed our stay, Katannya was an excellent host. Communication was very good. A few minor issues, mainly with burned out light bulbs, but would highly recommend this home.
We booked a last minute stay after Hurricane Milton thwarted our travel plans. We had a wonderful time and were pleasantly surprised that the home had all we needed for a comfortable stay. We were impressed that the kitchen had everything necessary to make meals at home, and that there were plenty of extra towels and bedding. We had a couple of small items that needed repaired, and they were fixed right away. We would love to stay again!
We stayed at the house for 4 nights in early April and had a fantastic experience. The house is clean, comfortable, and very well equipped—it truly felt like a home away from home. We cooked all our meals, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The backyard is beautiful, with pine trees just beyond the fence and a view of the mountains in the distance—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location was great for day trips—we visited Sedona, the Grand Canyon, and the Lowell Observatory. I only wish we had one more day to check out the nearby volcano and meteorite site. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area!
Stairs are too steep for older adults. It is a nice place but I wouldn’t recommend for seniors. Cars in the neighborhood park on the street which makes it hard to get out of driveways
This property was ideal for us. Location was spot on & met all of our needs. 5star cleanliness. The home was equipped with everything you could think of.
VERY cute, comfy & cozy!
The only negative thing was the master bed was super uncomfortable & had to sleep with our heads at the foot of the bed and at slant. Other than that the stay was pleasant!

Why they chose this property
Bear’s Crossing offers a peaceful setting that feels tucked away, while still being close to everything you need. Located next to an open lot and bordered by only one neighboring home, it offers a greater sense of space and privacy than many nearby properties. Families especially enjoy the quiet location and the playground just across the street, which adds convenience without any added noise.
The backyard is one of the most loved features. A built-in gas fire pit sits at the heart of a custom seating area, surrounded by sturdy wood benches that make it easy to gather in the evenings. Whether you're enjoying a quiet morning with coffee or roasting marshmallows after sunset, the space feels open and relaxing without being exposed.
Inside, the layout supports both connection and privacy, with three bedrooms and space for up to eight guests. The mix of sleeping options—including trundle beds for kids—makes it ideal for family travel. A dedicated desk offers a spot to plan the day or take care of remote work, and the kitchen is ready for meal prep with everything you need.
The home is clean, uncluttered, and thoughtfully stocked. Guests often comment on the quiet setting, easy communication, and how quickly they feel at home. Whether you’re using it as a base for exploring the Grand Canyon or just getting away for a restful weekend, Bear’s Crossing provides a space that supports comfort, connection, and calm.
What makes this property unique
This home stands out for its blend of comfort, privacy, and thoughtful outdoor features. With only one adjacent neighbor and an open lot next door, the space feels more private than most in-town options. The backyard is ideal for winding down, offering a custom-built fire pit surrounded by solid wood benches that invite conversation and relaxation under the stars. Guests often say it’s one of their favorite parts of the stay.
Inside, the home is designed for ease. It offers sleeping arrangements that work well for both families and small groups, including a king and queen bed, plus two trundle beds providing four twins in total. The layout gives everyone a place to rest, while the living area encourages time together with comfortable seating, a smart TV, and a dedicated workspace for those who need to check in with work.
The kitchen is stocked with cookware, dishes, and basic supplies so guests can prepare meals with ease. With a park right across the street, a grill in the backyard, and a clean, well-organized interior, it’s easy to settle in quickly.
Air conditioning was installed by June 2025, providing an even more comfortable experience during summer months. In the meantime, the elevation and cooler mountain air offer a natural break from the desert heat for guests arriving from warmer climates.
