This property is professionally managed by Bear Paw Comforts, a local, family-run business that takes pride in providing well-prepared, welcoming homes for travelers. We’re based in northern Arizona and are passionate about creating warm, peaceful spaces where guests can slow down and feel at home. While we’re not on-site, we’re available daily between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. for regular communication, and we respond to emergencies at any time.

Air conditioning was installed by June 2025, providing an even more comfortable experience during summer months. In the meantime, the elevation and cooler mountain air offer a natural break from the desert heat for guests arriving from warmer climates.
