This is a condo on the ground floor with the not fenced backyard, overlooking a beautiful Mountain View.
You have your own dedicated parking spot and plenty of other free street parking.
Available in the unit is a have washer and dryer, coffee machine, microwave, cooktop, refrigerator, water heater kettle, hair dryer, vacuum cleaner, Tv, iron and board, mop, 3 large cooking pans and all associated cooking utilities.
I live in the condo above it. I have my own separate entrance door and we don’t share any facilities except the trash cans.
