Ocean Edge Townhome - Fully Renovated & Spotless w/AC!

Completely renovated, spotless two-story townhome at Ocean Edge. Walk to the Fletcher indoor/outdoor pool & spas, tennis, basketball, and volleyball courts. Bike trails and beaches and nearby.

Unlike many Ocean Edge units with only minor updates, this home has been fully renovated throughout—newer kitchen, flooring, doors, crown molding, wainscoting, windows, sliders, A/C systems, furniture, TVs, and more.

Latest update (June 2025): fresh paint and new luxury vinyl plank flooring in the living and dining areas.

First floor: renovated kitchen with granite counters and newer appliances, dining area, living room, half bath, and slider to a private patio with umbrella table and large 3-burner grill.

Second floor: conventional staircase (not spiral), washer/dryer, two bedrooms (queen in primary; twin + bunk beds in second), and full bath with granite counter.
Both bedrooms have individual split A/C systems and ceiling fans. Main floor also has independent A/C control.

Entertainment: 3 flat-screen TVs (living room + both bedrooms). Streaming TV —DIRECTV Stream with 105+ channels including locals and NESN. Board games provided.

Owner-managed (not a rental company). I personally handle all cleaning, maintenance, and upgrades and take great pride in delivering a perfect home. Please see my 5-star reviews.

Important Policies:

• Max occupancy: 5 guests (strictly enforced). Exterior cameras monitor for overcrowding. Violations result in immediate eviction with loss of rental fee and security deposit. No extra visitors.
• Weekly rentals only: Saturday–Saturday.
• NO PETS—no exceptions. Any pets result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of payment and deposit.
• Resort amenities available at renter’s expense.

Great condo/great location

Loved the location of the condo- central to many restaurants, activities and beaches. Having the amenities available at Ocean Edge was a bonus and the indoor pool was key for rainy days and was worth getting a pool pass for. Condo was very clean and had everything you could want. We will return!

Great Condo

This is a great place to stay. Very clean, easy check in and great communication with owner. Great location within Oceans Edge- near both pools, tennis and walking paths. Easy to get to bike path. Beautiful and safe location. My only issue is that condo is listed as 2 bathrooms but it is really 1 1/2 baths- only 1 shower.

Favorite location on Cape

Brewster is by far my favorite Cape town. Sam’s condo was perfect for our family of 5. It was very clean and spacious. It’s close to many beaches, restaurants and shops. The pools are an added bonus and the kids had so much fun going to the pool after the beach. Sam was always quick to respond to any question I had. I would definitely recommend his condo.

Wonderful condo at Ocean Edge

Our family including 2 children ages 5 & 7 had a great vacation week at this Ocean Edge condo. This was our first experience renting a condo on the resort and we loved it. The unit was updated, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed all the amenities of the resort , including lots of biking, golf, swimming and kids club. Having access to the CC Rail Trail was great. Sitting out on the patio mornings and evenings was nice and peaceful. We were grateful for A/C as we had a hot August week. Highly recommend and we hope to be back!

Cape Cod Condo

My cousin and I stayed in this 2-bedroom condominium in Ocean Edge for a week in July. The condo was immaculate, nicely furnished and convenient to beaches and shopping in Brewster, Harwich and Chatham. The lines of communication with the owner were excellent. The condo is completely air conditioned, which was great because the week was warm and very humid. There was plenty of parking. We ate at the Linx restaurant that was on the property and the food was outstanding. Although we did not take advantage of the pool and tennis/pickleball, these amenities were available for a fee and were within walking distance of the condo. I would highly recommend this property.

Brewster getaway

We had a wonderful experience with Sam and his rental. He isn’t kidding when he says he takes great pride in the home and his efforts as a host. He had great communication leading up to our stay and all materials and notes welcomed 24/7 emergency contact. The house was clean down to the baseboards and comfortable. Although we didn’t take advantage of the kitchen, it was nicely stocked with tools of the trade one might need if staying in to cook. We used this excellent location to try new beaches and visit local Cape baseball games, all of which were pretty central to the listing. The location of the rental is very private within the development and has a nice sitting area in the back. Chairs, ice packs and cooler were all offered to support travel and packing.

Absolutely wonderful Ocean Edge Condo

We were so pleased with our Ocean Edge condo we used @ Cape Cod this past Labor Day holiday. It was our first time using VRBO so we were a little skeptical, as soon as we walked through the doors we were greatly pleased. Not only was the unit immaculate, but the owners had thought of every necessity one could need to have an enjoyable vacation. The kitchen was well equipped if you decided to cook, there were games for the kids, chairs for the beach etc. The unit looked just updated w/ fresh paint, granite, beautiful furniture & appliances. There was so much to do on the Cape & the owners even have a book w/ local places to dine, ice cream, drinks etc. There was also swimming, tennis, golf & wonderful paths to walk which we did every day. We will be recommending this place to our friends....Five stars!!!!!

Brewster Getaway

The condo was exactly as advertised - clean, well stocked and spacious. We enjoyed grilling outside but also took advantage of all the restaurants on the resort property. The lawn was fun for the kids and relaxing for the adults. Provincetown was an easy drive to walk around or take a historic trolley tour which was perfect on an overcast day. Sam was very responsive. We would definitely book with Sam again in the future.

Wonderful Stay on the Cape

This was our first family vacation and it could not have been better. The condo was perfect for our family. Our kids loved the bunk beds and the pools were perfect. The location is great and central to everything on the cape. Communication with Sam was easy and helpful. He helped with pool passes, and even left us snacks to ride out a hurricane. Would recommend this property to anyone looking to visit the cape. We hope to be back!

My name is Sam Deane, and I’ve been spending my summers on Cape Cod for as long as I can remember. My uncle owned a home in Dennis in the 1960s and ’70s, and after he sold it, my parents continued the tradition by renting on the Cape for many years. No matter how busy life became, our family vacations to Cape Cod were always a priority—even as my brother, sister, and I grew older.

Eventually, I married and started a family of my own, and my wife and I fulfilled a longtime dream by purchasing a condo at Ocean Edge. We live just 14 miles north of Boston and spend as much of our free time as possible on the Cape. I’ve traveled throughout the U.S. and to many places around the world, but there’s truly no place I’d rather be than Cape Cod.

Why they chose this property

Brewster is a wonderful place to spend your summer vacation. It feels a bit like stepping back in time, with its classic General Store, local farm stands, no traffic lights, and the Brewster Whitecaps of the Cape Cod Baseball League.

The beaches are fantastic—at low tide, the water recedes as far as the eye can see, creating endless opportunities for exploring, especially for little ones. Being on the bay side of the Cape means warmer water and gentler waves compared to the outer Cape.

Ocean Edge offers so much more than a typical home rental. The resort features pools and hot tubs, restaurants, fitness facilities, tennis, volleyball, basketball, and more—giving guests a true resort-style vacation experience.
