Welcome to Beach Resort 306! Professionally Managed by Newman-Dailey

This luxurious condo is the perfect spot for your next beach vacation. This spacious unit sleeps six, features two full bathrooms, private beach access, and an amazing resort-style pool.
Located directly across from the Gulf of Mexico, on Scenic Hwy 98, Beach Resort is ideally located. It’s an easy walk to private beach access, where a complimentary beach set-up (two beach chairs and an umbrella) is included with your stay (March 1 – October 31).
Fantastic resort-style pool area with zero entry, waterfall, hot tub, and an expansive pool deck for lounging in the sun or shade.
Come and enjoy the sugar white sand and crystal-clear waters of Miramar Beach.

We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

No pets allowed

Property rules state: no RV's or trailers of any kind are allowed to be parked in the community parking area. Please call us to arrange off site parking if you are bringing a trailer or RV

Wonderful condo, great location, primary bedroom bed very comfy, pull out couch bed could have been cleaned a bit better, we chose to sleep on the bunk bed mattresses, they were not the most comfortable, with that being said the entire condo was cleaned very well, easy access to beach and pool, host very easy to get in contact with. Would definitely stay again, family had an excellent time.

Clean nice place. Very close to the beach, clean swimming pool. Nice bed. Love the balcony.

I went with my parents, and my two kids, my dad moves around with his wheel chair and I like the easy access around the property. Clean. Smells good. Nice views. My kids like the showers. We used the kitchen a lot and I am glad it has a good blender. The dishes were the only thing dirty. People at the office were very nice. We enjoyed our stay there.

Exceeded Expectations!!!!

This was our 3rd stay in Miramar Beach but first time renting a condo vs a house. Reviews weren’t lying, far bigger than we anticipated! I visited with my 5 kids and felt we had plenty of room! The nice and close to the elevator - there’s plenty of carts to help bring up luggage there! We rented bikes and the bike rack was also in the covered garage! Gorgeous views as shown - spent each morning on the balcony with my book at cofeee - so comfy and relaxing! Pool is heated until April so even on cooler March nights my kids could swim- and they did! Well stocked kitchen and comfy beds - even the pullout! Loved that bunk nook had their own full bath too! We will definitely be back!

Newman-Daily stay

It had it ups and downs. The condo was beautiful. Very difficult to get in the resort from the front entrance. Back entrance took longer to get to but was a lot easier. No batteries in any remote. Received a text stating we could stay an extra day and without any confirmation from me they charged my card. Was told I had to wait 7-10 days for me refund for their error. Had a personal parking spot but the owners had a storage box which caused my truck to stick out. Was amazed with how big the condo was and how many cooking supplies they offered.

Great Amenities, but Unfortunate Experience with a Resident

Our check-in process was seamless, with a key code granting access for the entire week. We appreciated having garage parking included.The heated pool was a highlight—perfect for early spring weather. It opened early and stayed open late.The room itself was clean and stocked with plenty of linens. The sheets didn't fit well but not an issue. However, a few more basic supplies such as cleaning products, toiletries and garbage bags, would be nice especially since we prefer dining in rather than eating out.The Downside:Unfortunately, our experience was overshadowed by an unpleasant interaction with a long-term resident on the 5th floor. We traveled with a group that had reserved 10 rooms—mostly families with school-aged children. This resident repeatedly harassed our group: following people, recording video without consent, and making baseless accusations.I personally received a text from the condo association after being wrongly accused of throwing something from a balcony—an incident that turned out to be nothing more than a child shaking sand from a towel, which was carried by the wind. Despite efforts to apologize by this family and clarify, the resident continued to express hostility toward families, large groups, and sports teams staying at the resort.This experience was disappointing enough that we will not be recommending the resort. The property itself and other owners seemed lovely—but one resident’s behavior ruined our groups stay.

Family Vacay 2021

Great summer vacation! From the moment we checked in to check out, it was a smooth and easy process. The condo was clean and nice with a great view of the pool and beach. The access to the beach was less than 5 minutes away. Private beach access was nice. The guys that came to set up our umbrella and chairs were so nice. Very clean beach and we'll spaced out..not over crowded at all. Next time we are going to stay longer. Until next time..Thank you! I already referred friends and family.

It was great!

It was a nice place. The walk to the beach was a little far for someone who has a heard time walking , but over all it was great! We had everything you would need for cooking. I loved that they gave you a starter kit for bathrooms and kitchens. I would stay here again, if I did not have a special needs person with me again.

We had a great experience staying here for spring break. The condo was bigger than we expected, comfortable, clean and fairly quiet. The balcony is a sweet place to read a book or view a glimpse of the Gulf. I highly recommend staying here. The people at Newman-Dailey were very helpful and friendly.
