We were very impressed with the cabin. It was clean, cozy and there’s a nice creek right across the street. We spent some of our time inside enjoying Christmas and some of the time out at the fire pit. The host was very responsive and accommodating. This was exactly what we needed and we will definitely stay here again in the future.
We had a wonderful time it was perfect!! We definitely will be back!!

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was super clean and welcoming! Access was easy and safe! We had everything we needed and more! We will definitely stay there again. The hosts were very responsive!
This is a beautiful cabin in the woods right behind Kohls Ranch Resort. The home was very clean, and check-in was seamless. We would absolutely stay there again. The two patios were nice, very nice to enjoy the cool mountain air.
We had a nice stay at the cabin. It was very roomy, quiet and with many amenities. Parking for two was awesome and we took many trail walks. The weather was perfect The minor problem was, both porch lights didn't work for us but we still used the BBQ grill & had our meal inside.
Rustic home. Rural area. walking distance to Kohl’s Ranch Lodge where we ate dinner.

We loved how cozy and fully stocked the cabin is. All we needed to bring is food and drinks. The grill is clean, the fire pit is super nice and the fire wood was already provided. Super quiet except for the sounds of the bubbling creek and birds of all kinds, beautiful scenery. The cabin is amazing with big t.v's in each room and the fire place sets it off.
Thank you, it was the best birthday gift i have had in years a few days to unplug and feel alive again.
My family and I really enjoyed staying at this cabin! The property manager was fantastic and answered my many questions almost immediately (even though much of the info was in the property overview book, had I looked there first) The private access to the creek was awesome-- We made lots of great memories with the kids. The area got notably busier on the weekend, as to be expected during Fall break, so if you are wanting super quiet experience, I would recommend staying mid-week. Great little getaway!
The owners provided everything we needed and more. Kitchen had everything we needed! We wwre able to watch tv and cook anything we brought. The grill was perfect for grilling and nice patio to eat. The outside was amazing with the location right by the creek. They even provided fishing poles. I would definitely recommend and come back again! Thank you very much for the wonderful stay me, my wife and dog enjoyed it!!
Everything you needed was supplied at the kitchen bathroom. Also, bedroom is hacked in an individual heating units.
Lots of t vs and comfortable recliners. Easy to reach Host. If you had extra people could use another bathroom
kitchen clean.Nice heater units in each bedroom
The picture provided with this Vrbo listing led us to believe the cabin was located next to a smooth grassy area leading to the creek. That is not true. So the location of the cabin and the condition of the grounds around the cabin are much less well groomed and harder to traverse.

Lynda, I am very sorry to hear that the cabin did not meet your expectations. The picture you are referencing was taken from the cabin looking toward the creek. The green grass on the other side of the creek is the Kohl's Ranch Resort. We are not associated with the Resort. The area around the cabin has newly install pavers with a firepit and nice sitting area. We try very hard to provide a resort style experience and a peaceful wilderness getaway for much less than the cost of the resort.
My family and I had a wonderful time over the weekend here. Cozy little home which is super close to the creek. Would definitely recommend. No major issues with a house at all. Only issue we had was people in the neighborhood like to drive by the house pretty fast and kick up dirt, could also be an issue if you have young kids like us. The property owners have a children at play sign in the laundry room that we just put out on the side of the street which slowed people down.
Very beautiful and nice. Just a lil warm for my liking during the day
