This property is clean, comfortable and well maintained. I would not hesitate to stay here again. The only minor issue we had was presentation of the neighborhood (broken down vehicles in yards, unkempt lawns, etc).

There was broken glass and beer bottle caps in and around the hot tub. Both of these are prohibited in our rules. Other than that the house was fine.

We loved our stay in Thornton. The place was clean, and kept, and the kitchen was better stocked than anyway where I have ever stayed. The swim spa and the park across the street were a hit with the kids, and easy access to anything we needed. We were in town for a therapy intensive for my son in Denver, with traffic the drive was a bit harder than expected. But over all very pleasant stay. I would definitely recommend.

The property is so beautiful! The backyard was definitely the highlight! The views of the mountains were breathtaking. House was very clean and had everything we needed. There were no issues whatsoever. Would book this property again and would recommend to others. David was also such a great host. He was very helpful from the start when I had issues with VRBO, David went out of his way to help be a middle communicator. The hot tub and pool were so great! Awesome pizza place just down the road!

Great little house, worked perfectly for our family who needed a home base for our daughter's soccer tournament. Very well-stocked and it's obvious the owners tried to think of every detail you might need. The house is beautifully decorated inside (though maybe needs to declutter a bit). The house is across the street from a beautiful park which we used quite a bit while visiting. Would recommend.

Great Vacation Home

Very nice place. Enjoyed the entertainment and theatre seating area as well as the pool/spa. Big backyard with lots of patio seating. Nice neighbourhood with plenty of things to do around the area. Would definitely stay again and recommend highly for a family.

The patio view is amazing. I didn't think much about Carpenter Park, but it is one of the best-looking public parks and rec centers I've been to. The owner is really responsive.
