Two-Bedrooms one with a queen bed and one with two single beds, also a pull out couch for more sleeping options in the living room. Home has one bathroom, washer and dryer and fully equipped kitchen to make your meals. Duplex with private fenced in yard (grill and tables for outdoor eating). Located near downtown Colorado Springs, Old Colorado City, Garden of the Gods, within walking distance of a playground.Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place.
The space
There is a nice private fenced in yard with a
picnic table and grill available. This is the front
half of a duplex. The back half is
also available for guest stays and has one king and one queen sized Beds. Permit#STR-2394
Guest access
The entire house is available for use along with
the fenced in yard. There is a shed for guest
use located within the fenced yard.
Other things to note
The unit is in the front and is accessed from the front of the house. Please be
respectful of the people living in the back unit
and don't go through to the backyard to access
the front unit. If you have take-out delivered
please make sure that the drivers know to
come to the front of the unit.
