Your stay in this 1889 historic home will include the peaceful feel of the past with the modern conveniences of the present. In this spacious 5 bedroom home you will enjoy restful sleep in comfy beds with fresh linens. Each room has its own TV for streaming your favorite shows. Cozy up to the wood burning fireplace in the spacious living room. Enjoy a cup of tea in the antique wicker rocker while reading a great book in our beautiful sun room located right off of a well-equipped kitchen. It's ready for you to make your favorite meal. The kitchen has double ovens, a five-burner stove top, Kitchenaid mixer, and microwave. Cleanup is easy with a disposal and dishwasher. Relax on the front porch while soaking up the mountain views. Take a walk downtown on the avenue for fine dining, pubs, coffee shops and shopping.. It's only a couple minute's walk to Manitou's famous historic arcade; a fun experience for the whole family. If you enjoy exercise or adventure check out the many hiking trails, waterfalls and and the babbling Fountain creek. Taste the mineral spring water at 9 running natural springs in downtown Manitou This home is near many attractions such as The Pikes Peak Cog railway, Garden of the God's, Manitou Incline, Cave of the winds, The North Pole and more! We are excited to share this beautiful place with you for a 30 day stay or more as per Manitou city restrictions on short term rentals. Be ready for peaceful relaxation and wonderful adventures!

This 1889 updated Victorian in a surprisingly quiet, quirky neighborhood is less than 5 minutes by foot from restaurants and shopping, less than 10 by car to Cave of the Winds and Manitou Cave Dwellings, and convent to Garden of the Gods, Pike's Peak and Colorado Springs. Beautiful mountain views from windows and porch swings. Perfect for friend groups and families w/ out toddlers. Relaxing setting after a day of hiking or shopping. 5 stars
