The house was very nice and as advertised. Beautiful views of the sunset behind the harbor! The beds were actually very comfortable which is sometimes iffy. We like to get down to the boardwalk and the pier and this location was so close, no having to get on the freeway with all the traffic which was so convenient. We would definitely stay again.

The house had a really nice feel to it with lots of light, ocean views and several places for our family to gather. My husband and I slept in the master and the bed was very comfortable. We were happy we could bring our dog. She had a great time too.

The property was clean. The kitchen was adequately supplied. The third twin bed was just a mattress on the floor. That was a disappointment. The host was easy to call and communicate. The remote for the sound bar was not working. The batteries were dead and corroded. We replaced the batteries by taking the batteries out of the flashlight.The parking was great.

Lovely Eastside home

Our stay at the O'Neal harbor home was delightful. The house is wonderful and the location can't be beat. The rooftop deck has a spectacular view of the water. We had a most enjoyable stay.

Nice Stay

The listing was as advertised, so close to the beach that I took the dog for a walk there every morning. The kitchen was decently stocked with ware and utinsils so that we made dinner almost every night in the kitchen or on the rooftop BBQ. The negatives are minor, but listed here simply because everyone looking at reviews wants to know what to expect: -electric kettle didn’t work, and management never replaced it while we were there, although they were extremely responsive every time I messaged them (they probably replaced it after we left). -bed frame in master suite was extremely noisy, creaking every time we moved at night. Hope you enjoy Santa Cruz as much as we did!

Easy Stroll to the Beach, harbor and dining make it a great choice for the low stress getaway with the kids and bring the dog too. Plenty of room for a family or group of 7 with ample space to the stretch out on the multiple decks and patio. Stay for a while with laundry and beach supplies accessible in the garage. Great views of the ocean and harbor, wake up to the calls from the seals and birds every morning. The Wharf, Boardwalk and downtown is a quick drive away, with quick access to grocery stores. The Redwoods are only 30 minutes away, and multiple kayaking options within walking and driving distance. Walk the beaches and lighthouses and never worry about needing to find a place to park. Dog friendly town and beaches so can safely say the entire family had a great time visiting Santa Cruz. The host responded to all my questions promptly and made it easy to plan ahead. Appreciate the quick and courteous responses to remove any last minute questions with what to pack and what I could leave at home.
