KITCHEN
Our kitchen has everything you need to cook meals during your stay. We provide appliances like a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. You'll also find all the pots, pans, and utensils you need. With plenty of dinnerware, you can serve your meals with style. Just bring groceries and start cooking!

BEDROOM
Rest comfortably in the spacious King bedroom, offering ample closet space and convenient access to the bathroom. The cozy Queen bedroom is ideal for guests, featuring comfortable bedding and abundant natural light.

BATHROOM
The modern bathroom is fully stocked and accessible from both bedrooms and the living room. Enjoy complimentary toiletries and plush towels.

KID-FRIENDLY AMENITIES
For your convenience, we provide a pack-n-play, sheets, and a high chair in the unit, making your stay with children more comfortable.

Getting Around:
With its prime location just minutes from Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, and Old Colorado City, this rental is the perfect home base for all your Colorado Springs adventures. Hike to the top of Pikes Peak for breathtaking views, explore the iconic red rock formations at Garden of the Gods, or stroll through the charming streets of Old Colorado City to discover unique shops and delicious restaurants.

Other Things to Note:
For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we'll provide details for completing the agreement. We look forward to hosting you!

For a seamless check-in experience, you'll receive a unique code via message along with your check-in instructions on the morning of your arrival. You'll use this code for keyless entry.

We've also prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.

There is plenty of street parking but also a dedicated driveway parking space though the driveway is steeper. The basement is rented out separately with it's own private entrance so no worries on sharing space!
