Short anniversary trip to Vegas with our dog (who we always bring along). Nice property, especially the back area with the pool. Convenient to most parts of the Las Vegas area.

The stay was overall great. The house was nice and spacious so it comfortably fit our larger group. It was easy to get in and out and Tobin was super responsive and supportive throughout our stay. The location of the house is perfect. Close to the airport and close to the strip.

Excellent location. Ten minute drive from the strip. No amount of pictures can do any justice to the backyard. Cooking and cleaning supplies were well stocked. The only place I’d stay if I’m in Vegas.

The pool was nice, but there were not enough linens to accomodate the amount of people who stay in the house, especially if you use the pool. There weren't even enough towels just to shower. We actually had to go buy towels, so if you come across two white towels and two black hand towels we donated them to the house. Not enough silverware for more than 4 people, no paper towels, no garbage bags.

Luckily we weren’t at the house much because it lacked some of the necessities. We got in late and made a grocery order for what we thought we needed. We had to go back to the store because there was a single 1/2 used toilet paper roll in each bathroom, one half used paper towel, one garbage liner, zero coffee pods. I may be new to using VRBO but the others I have stayed in had the essentials.The pool was nice but can’t be used before 9 am or after 9 pm because the neighbors will complain about noise. I wish something would have been communicated prior to booking. No pool towels. Hot tub on site is empty. Yard needs a cleanup. Garbage from previous tenants was sitting in the back by the pool and was foul smelling.The bathroom situation was tricky. Two bathrooms with one of them being attached to the master made it tough to function for our group. The door to the attached bathroom was a rickety barn door that didn’t provide any privacy so nobody felt comfortable to use the second bath when people were in the bedroom. The other bathroom shower door will fall off and is very heavy! Floors were dirty and hadn’t been swept since the last tenant.There are no extra blankets, pillows or towels so bring your own I guess.

The host was accommodating as my family hosted Thanksgiving at the house at the beginning. That being said, the house was not very clean when we got there. We had to sweep and clean the floors, take out the trash, and bring our own sponge because the sponge was dirty. The back patio was covered in leaves and dirt, both on the ground and on all the furniture as well as the grill. Some of the chairs were broken, which limited our outdoor seating options. The ceilings had water stains, the doors had spackling on them, and there were holes in the wall. We were unable to start the grill and when we messaged the host asking for help, we did not receive a timely response so we weren’t able to use the grill at all. We were told quiet hours started at 9PM but we were messaged at 7:15PM to be quieter because the neighbors complained about us playing cards outside (we didn’t have music on or anything). We moved into the house regardless, but it was frustrating that we couldn’t use the full space. Ultimately, the house served its purpose for one night, but for the price I had higher expectations. We ended up leaving the house much cleaner than we received it.
The table was dirty. This was the paper towel after wiping it.
There was trash we had to take out.
