It doesn't get any better than this: a gorgeous, light, bright, breezy, full-ocean-view condo. Two wonderful lanais, private and quiet. The perfect place to watch dolphins and whales play. Enjoy rainbows across Kauai's pristine mountains. While sipping your morning coffee on the lanai, the albatross sail across the blue skies.
Our condo is very well maintained with all amenities, including a 60" HDTV, free internet, all beach and pool towels, beach chairs, and boogie boards. Fully stocked kitchen with an ocean view. No need to bring anything more than your bathing suits.
Beautifully furnished Bedroom suite with a private lanai, full bathroom, and a portable AC unit. Another full bath off the living area. Perfect for a couple's vacation, honeymoon, or quiet getaway.

We had an amazing stay at this Jerry and Barb’s condo. We have stayed in Princeville before, and this was the best location that we have found in all our stays. Excellent stay and highly recommend this vacation property. Very clean. Perfect location. Loved the view from kitchen with ocean and mountains. Saw many whales from lanai. Pool area for adults is great and other vacationers very friendly. Perfect walking neighborhood and close to shops and restaurants. The mattress is on the soft side but having two full bathrooms is a real plus. Would love to stay here again in the future. Thanks for a great stay.

Wonderful place to stay!! Amazing views of the ocean. We saw whales from our lanai every day we were there. Very clean unit. Nice extra touches, umbrellas, beach bags, beach chairs, coolers. This unit felt like a home away from home! The community pool and hot tub was an added bonus.

This condo has beautiful views that allowed us to feel Hawaii even as we relaxed "at home" in between outings. The property had everything we needed to be comfortable and prepare meals at home; and the property owners were very helpful and available for any of our questions.

Very clean..LOVED the Lani and ocean view..sunrise and sunset from the lani and bluffs were spectacular...loved that were lots of fans, and air conditioner in bedroom made the stay and sleeping so comfortable. Loved the pool and all the farmers markets. Also got alot of use of the beach gear and coolers,umbrellas etc. Very comfortable even if we spent most of our time outside and the bedroom air conditioner was so NICE to have. That alone is big reason we will definitely come again! Thank you and Mahalo.

Property fully equipped with anything you might need. When we go back to Kauai we would love to book the rental again. Only downfall of the area was we were very disappointed in the food on the North Shore, pricey and not very good.

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of staying in this Princeville condo during a month long trip to Hawaii where we visited each of the 4 main islands. Of all the great places we stayed, this was probably our favorite. The condo was clean, spacious, and comfortable boasting awesome views of the ocean beyond the cliff. Very conveniently located to all the beaches and attractions of the north shore. Would absolutely love to stay here again!

My wife and I stayed for 12 nights. This is our second visit to The Cliffs, but the first time in this unit. Would definitely stay in this condo again. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable bed. Loved the air conditioning in the bedroom- didn’t have that in the other condo. Great sunset views from the deck. Can’t go wrong if your looking for a nice place to stay in Princville.

Great ocean views

A very clean, safe and relaxing space. Roomy one bedroom condo with fantastic views, fully equipped kitchen. Beautiful grounds surround the complex. Lots of whale watching. We enjoyed the lovely pool and two hot tubs. A peaceful getaway in paradise..

We have enjoyed watching our daughters and now grandchildren love Kauai as much as we do. The mountain and ocean views from the condo still take our breath away!

What makes this property unique

This property has all the amenities, plus an in-house concierge to book all your activities.
2 pools, a baby water pool, one adult-only Jacuzzi, and one family Jacuzzi. Fenced playground for the little ones, shuffleboard, tennis, paddle tennis, and basketball. Monday night is "meet and greet" with complimentary Mai Tai's to sample Kauai's very own rum.
There are on-site activities daily if you want to learn the Hula or make a Hawaiian basket. Spend your days leisurely or actively, surfing, boogie-boarding, zip-lining, and horseback riding just minutes away!
