N. Lake Tahoe, Dog-Friendly, Hot Tub- Casa Al Monte
*Tahoe is a beautiful and fun place to visit, but occasionally this area can be affected by extreme weather events. While we never want things like icy roads, road closures, or smoke from wildfires to negatively impact our guests, it can happen. We ask travelers to plan their vacation appropriately for the rural mountain climate and encourage guests to research all travel insurance options, as Tahoe Moon Properties cannot provide refunds for things outside of our control.

This house is a value for people on a budget. The neighborhood park is fantastic and the hot tub was a nice bonus. The beds are comfortable and clean, and the kitchen appliances all worked. There are a few neglected maintenance issues that if addressed would make the place a lot more comfortable…. Such as the broken, sharp edged soap dish in the shower and the toilet flushing mechanism.

VERY Basic
If you're college kids looking for a ski week, this cabin might be OK but if you're looking for anything else, forget it. Needs serious refurbishment. Old, cracked sink in bathroom; old, musty carpet throughout; dangerous access for hot tub. A very basic cabin. Wonderful neighborhood but the cabin is not good. All I can say is it was a place to sleep on not very comfortable mattress.
