Great home at the beach!

Property was great...comes with lots of amenties. We were expecting a toaster for breakfast and sandwiches. And the beds are very thin and basic, which causes them to be very noisy at night. Other than that, it was great.

Nice 2 br house with 1 br garage guest house.

Our group of 10 consisted 3 small families.6 adults and 4 yound children. Eveyone fit comfortably. Each family was able to have a bathroom with a shower to themselves. Beds are kind of thin or basic as another review had stated.Kitchen had everything we needed to be able to cook instead of eating out everyday. The pool and patio area were nice. The weather durring our stay was a tad bit chilly at times. We would have liked to use the pool more with it heated but we didnt want to pay and additional 100 a day when we would only be using it for maybe 1 or 2 hours each day. 3 of our kids got in for maybe 15 mins since it was cold. Overall, we had a great stay here and would use this place again.

The overall stay was good. There's confusing information in the listing about the locks. The back apartment needs to be unlocked by the front of the building instead of the back like it says in the description. Also, we were not made aware right away that the main house lock is a storm door lock so we were quite frustrated when it wouldn't work normally. I'm grateful for the manager coming out to help but it could have been a simple message to us about this. Or they could make sure it's listed in the house description. All of the beds are quite loud and squeaky which made it hard to sleep at night. I'm not sure if the neighbors are permanent residents, but they smoked weed the entire time and we couldn't stand to be outside. My kids were really upset about it, and it constantly smelled horrible!
