Large farm house very close to Dreams Park. Great for 2 families or one large, extended family. Plenty of space! Very convenient location. Easy check in and communication with owner. Highly recommend.
It was just what we needed for our stay while at Cooperstown Dreams Park. Very close to the park and downtown. We would stay again.

10 guys stayed at the house—we were there for the Legends baseball tournament-very convenient location.
The property has plenty of room to spread out—multiple bathrooms with showers which accomodates taking showers—

Perfect Location
We rented this house for a lot of the families to stay in while our boys played baseball at Cooperstown Dream Park and it was the perfect location! We were 2 minutes from the park and about 5 minutes from downtown.

Amazing and convenient!!!
This place is amazing for anyone going to Dreams Park! Your a mile from the park close to Cooperstown village. The house it self is great! Plenty of room for a couple families and the backyard is huge for the kids to play and hang out! Also the host are easy to get in touch with and keep you informed of anything you may need to know for your stay! I HIGHLY recommend for any person coming to Cooperstown Dreams Park !!

Liked: Check-in, location
Disliked: Cleanliness, listing accuracy
Dirty and unmaintained home. While it did provide all of the available space, one room is unuseable because it does not have AC. The entire downstairs of the home utilizes one small window unit in the living room, this made cooking dinner at the home unbearable in the heat of the summer. The bathrooms were dirty when we arrived and the ice makers in both of the freezers are non functioning. After reaching out to the host about the dirty bathrooms and receiving a very short, "sorry", response we chose to grin and bear it through the disgusting carpet throughout the house, the mouse droppings in nearly every nook, and the awful stinch of a rotting animal in the upstairs apartment that made that portion of the home nearly impossible to even walk through. Despite the great yard, amazing location and space (while actually very awkward) I would look for somewhere else to stay.

Wonderful Stay
This old classic house was FANTASTIC for our stay in Cooperstown. Loved how close the house was to Dreams Park during delays and between games. Families had plenty of space and the hosts were very responsive! If we return to the area we will be back!
