Much attention to detail with the guest's experience in mind. Recently updated with all new furniture, fixtures, flooring, and much more.
The unit comes with a fully equipped kitchen, A/C, wireless internet, on site shared laundry, BBQ grill and relaxing patio area. For our guest's convenience, bedrooms each have their own flat panel Smart TV's as well as the living area.
Whether it be a romantic escape or an executive retreat, you will find our location to be a unique delight you won't want to leave.
We are located downtown and a walkable distance to the beach. Downtown has boutique and antique shopping, dining, and sandy beaches all within walking distance. There is a wonderful farmers market 1/2 block away on Thursday afternoons. A short drive away, are polo fields, museums, zoological gardens, Ventura and Santa Barbara missions, Santa Ynez wine country, the Ojai Valley, and so much more.
There is a wealth of things to do here and we want to share the community we love so much with you.

This is my second stay here and it was perfect again. I was in town with my Mom/business partner for work. This is such a great location. Short walk to the beach and restaurants. Highly recommend!
This place is so cute and quaint. It was the perfect stay for a business trip with me and my Mom. Walkable to the beach, shops and restaurants. Communicating with the hosts prior to arrival was seemless. I mistakenly booked one too many nights and they rectified the situation without issue. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip back to Carp!

This property is owned and operated by a family local to Carpinteria. In 2006 we completely renovated, down to the framework, our property which was originally built in the 1940's as a 4-unit apartment building with attached retail space. One- and two-bedroom guest suites have been offered since Summer of 2007.
