Fisherman's Cottage in the heart of Saint Jean

This unique place has a style of its own. An old fisherman's cottage, it has original features such as exposed beams and stone walls, but is surprisingly spacious inside. It has been lovingly restored and is new to the rental market for this year. It is central but on a quiet one way street. There is no parking in the street, but the property comes with a parking pass for the main car park in the port of Saint Jean just a couple of minutes away. If you want somewhere with character and charm then this is the one!

We enjoyed a lovely week at the Fisherman’s cottage in Cap Ferrat. The location is ideal and the apartment was beautiful. The photos don’t do it justice - it is even nicer in person! The new rooftop terrace was an unexpected bonus. We felt lucky to discover this gem!

As someone who is incredibly picky about places they stay, and is an interior designer for “warm, elegant, comfortable homes” I can say that this cottage exceeded our expectations in every way. We could not have been happier. Charming and luxurious it was a highlight of our vacation. Among several luxury rentals this one was a unanimous favourite! Very grateful for a lovely stay!

Fantastic location on a quiet street but less than a minute's walk to the port and all the shops, bars and restaurants.Lovely property, very clean and with well-equipped kitchen and great laundry facilities. The air conditioning worked well.

Enchanting. The perfect French experience. Compact and cozy. In the heart of a residential neighborhood (no late night noise was find by us), yet two blocks from the stunning port, shops (outstanding wine and pastry included), a grocery store, and several jaw-dropping beaches. Lovingly restored and stocked. Perhaps the best part was the new little rooftop terrace. Beautiful views 360*. We spent mornings and evenings there. The only thing to flog for those with mobility issues is that there are a handful of steep, narrow stairs into main living and rooftop spaces. Hosts responded to communication queries immediately. And great water pressure in the showers! (You never know with historic properties:)) We would rent again in a moment and our children are forever spoiled. Fave outings: a tour of Eze, a coastline boat tour, and for the recent college graduates, a passenger seat drive in a Ferrari. But I also could have spent most of my time having cappuccinos and looking at boats. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

In the heart of St. Jean

The name of the property, Fisherman's Cottage in the heart of St. Jean, caught our eye because we were looking for a place that was centrally located and this lovely, well-appointed cottage did not disappoint. It was equipped with everything we needed -- beach towels for swimming, utensils and other essentials for home-cooked dinners, books and cards for leisure, to name a few -- and was within walking distance to shops, restaurants, cafes and the beach. The place was clean, the beds comfortable, the showers luxurious, and in addition to offering the necessities for a comfortable stay, it was well decorated, with lovely touches throughout.

Logement généralement très agréable, même si les deux chambres au rez de chaussée sont assez sombres (c’est une ancienne maison de pêcheurs après tout). Très propre et bien situé. La location est très bien gérée par Tamsin.
