With 3 separate beds plus a sofa sleeper, this space is perfect for families or groups.The spacious Master Bedroom features a king bed, while the second bedroom offers two twin beds—both with Smart TVs for relaxed evenings. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo and plenty of counter space. Head outside to soak up the sun by the community swimming pool or stroll just minutes to the beach. All the amenities you need, no stairs to climb, stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi, enjoy the on-site laundry facilities, and park with ease (one vehicle included). A prime Treasure Island location—the ideal spot for your Florida getaway! Guests may use the communal chairs and tables as well as the pool area and laundry facility.
- Responsible party booking and staying must be 22 or older.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am, you are close in proximity to others.
- This is a NO smoking property, including outdoor private and common areas. No illegal use of drugs or medicinal marijuana on property.
- Absolutely no pets or emotional support animals, no exceptions can be made!
- Towels and belongings cannot be draped on railings/bushes.

A pretty good and inexpensive place to stay.

Here are the negatives: The property is on a busy road far from the beach. There is a view of the parking lot. While my stay was enjoyable, I did encounter a couple of minor inconveniences. For instance, I couldn't find a corkscrew to open a bottle of wine, and I even ran out of salt. I understand that these things can happen, and I'm sure they can be easily addressed. For the positives: it is in St. Pete Beach.
