Unit 102 is the perfect coastal getaway with direct beach access. This condo offers a fully equipped with kitchen appliances cabinetry and countertops. The bedroom contains 2 full-sized beds. Additional sleeping arrangements are provided on a full sized sleeper in the living area. This rental sits right next door to Wanna Wanna Bar & Grill where you can enjoy bar food frozen drinks and live music right on the beach. Or you can sit out on your balcony overlooking the Gulf listening to the live music as well. Unit 102 does not allow pets or smoking. Great location

Stayed for Thanksgiving holiday. The people here are really nice. The condo was clean and comfortable. The beach is right outside the back door and the Wanna Wnna is just next door. We really enjoyed our stay.

Super little getaway!

This is the perfect place to stay. The condo's are clean and maintained well. Our condo overlooked the beach and you can walk right out the door and you are straight to the beach. Condo is clean and well maintained and everyone in the complex is super nice. Any time we had questions we were responded to quickly and never had to wait. We have stayed in this specific unit a few times and is one of our favorites. We will continue to stay at this venue when we go back to SPI. We had a wonderful weekend getaway!!
