The resort atmosphere includes an oceanfront pool, 4 propane BBQs, onsite coin/credit card operated laundry facilities on each floor, a fitness center, 808 Deli and General Store, and open-air dining and full bar at the ground floor Restaurant coming late 2025. You can also rent beach gear and bikes at the Surf Shack Maui, conveniently located on the ground floor.
Enjoy the favorite Keawakapu Beach, a long sandy beach that fronts many luxury homes and resorts. You can admire the sunset, be delighted by Humpback Whales in winter months, and access beach activities such as snorkeling or paddleboarding and kayaking. Outdoor showers and restrooms are located on the beach level.

Mana Kai will continue construction and maintenance effective immediately, including essential concrete repairs near the lobby and restrooms, as well as preparations for the new Beach House at Mana Kai restaurant by Handcrafted Restaurants (Peter Merriman, known for Monkeypod Kitchen, Merriman’s, and others). While we do not have a full schedule or end date yet, work will take place on weekdays from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with no activity on weekends or holidays. This location is perfection. You are so close to everything, but most importantly, next to an amazing beach. Our family had an amazing time! This is our second time staying at this property!
Overall we loved this property. Location is superb. Snorkeling right at the property. Equipment to rent. Small market for immediate needs. Excellent food all within 1.5 miles. View and beach are amazing
The condo was great, new and fresh. Great pre-checkin material, very easy check in/checkout. Love the dedicated reserved parking. Location of this property is right on the beach. Will come back and stay again.
We had a fantastic time! We've stayed at the Mana Kai multiple times over the years, and it never fails to impress us! The condo is clean and very comfortable with an unbeatable view just steps away from the best beach in Maui. Having the beach chairs was a great added bonus!

We did not know that there would not be a divider separating the “, second bedroom. Also, the floors were dirty. We took our shoes off and when we walked around inside our feet were filthy
