We had an amazing experience at the Pineapple House. The property is stunning and exactly as described on the listing. Everything was impeccable and incredibly clean. It felt like a luxury hotel. Thoughtful touches were added all throughout the house, such as extra cozy blankets, comfy robes, extra memory foam pillows, the list goes on and on! It is in a great neighborhood, close by to many restaurants and attractions. Angela is an extremely thoughtful and gracious host and I truly appreciated her communication prior to and throughout our stay. Love this Property and the Host!

We stayed here when in Denver for my son's wedding. The owner went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. She communicated well and answered our questions quickly. The property is beautiful and well decorated as well as extremely clean. It is also spacious. The beds were very comfortable. We walked to restaurants and enjoyed the area. Stay here. You will love it!

My son and I stayed at this beautiful house during DU graduation weekend. The house offered all amenities of five star hotel. Host was attentive, gracious, and super helpful with any questions we had. Beds were super comfortable, and bathrooms were clean and beautifully designed with all amenities. Angela has done an amazing job renovating this property and making everything first class! There’s literally nothing she hasn’t thought of. I especially appreciated the quality blow dryers, the comfortable beds, the luxurious bedding, the extra pillows, the small fans (which we love for white noise) and the frother for our coffees! And she’s incredibly communicative and super friendly. The place is absolutely beautiful. It’s comfortable. It’s convenient (super short walk to the park and to fantastic ice cream at Liks!) An amazing experience in the perfect place

The day we booked the property manager reached out to warn us about the stairs because she saw we have children. From that first thoughtfulness to the ease of check out, they met every need we had! They thought of everything and had it readily available. The house could not have been cleaner or higher quality! The neighborhood was quiet and full of nice people walking to and from Cheesman Park. Absolutely loved our stay!!

Stayed at the Pineapple house with all of my groomsmen for wedding at the botanic gardens. The host was super responsive, thorough, and thoughtful prior to check in and really made the whole experience just go super smoothly. They had even left a bottle of champagne for us since they knew we were here for a wedding. Overall just made us feel really special. I can’t speak highly enough about how amazing this Victorian-themed property is and how immaculately maintained and clean it was. Really felt like a 5-star hotel. Plenty of space for 6 people, and in a great part of town near many shops/restaurants and walking distance to Cheeseman park. Best VRBO experience ever, you NEED to stay at the pineapple house, you won’t regret it! :) thanks Angela!

Exploring Denver

I traveled with my 87 year old mother and adult kids. The house was beautiful, just like the photos. It was easy to find, easy to check in. The property manager, Angela was very attentive and helpful. Location was perfect for us. The house was very clean which I loved. The house is an old Victorian home that was divided into sections. You walk into the house, to the first landing where you will find a very large dinning room with a table that sits 10 very comfortably. At first I thought we would never use this area, but we ended up playing games and doing a puzzle. It became our gather area. One room was HUGE. Sitting area, big fluffy bed. The kitchen area was not conducive to cooking but perfect for breakfast coffee/tea and for reheating left overs. Angela was super nice to leave us some fresh milk for the morning coffee. The description states, free parking, which is true but it is street parking. It is a hit and miss situation. Angela tried to reserve us a spot in front of the house by putting down cones, but someone moved them before we got there. Since we were traveling with grammy, we would just double park, let her out and then the kids would drive around to find a parking space. Not the most convenient but it worked ok. Overall it was perfect for us. Plenty of room to spread out. The down side was parking and no washer & dryer. But otherwise, great. Would do it again.

Hooray!!! We agree that the free on-street parking is a trade off. So nice to have it and not have to pay the high prices of paid parking options here in the city, or be limited to only one car, etc (We've had some groups stay in this apartment to use it for family celebrations, engagement parties, birthday parties, reunions, .......with 3+ cars to park, or even an RV once, and another time a U-haul trailer believe it or not! Hahahaha. And in all cases, everyone found spaces for their vehicles)....., BUT sometimes it means driving around the block a few times, or parking a block away. Not for everyone, for sure, and we TOTALLY get that. About the kitchen, yes it IS small and we know it's not going to work for some guests --- so we include lots of photos in the listing. We never want someone to be surprised by it! And we are actually looking at options right now to add a full-size stackable washer-dryer --- so stay tuned on that. We agree with you that it would be a fantastic amenity to add. So nice for families!!! We'll try our best to get that done if the plumbing can be accomplished. TBD for now, as we work with our team to assess and strategize where to put it. We hope you will come back soon and then you can try it out and let us know what you think of our improvements? Big "hugs" from our team with gratitude for taking such good care of our Pineapple House. You left it spotless. We thought you were 6-star+ worthy guests, at least!!! We so appreciate you! :-)

Why they chose this property

We are centrally located and in the middle of it all but on a quiet tree-lined street (see photos for a view of our block). You can have the best of both worlds: a quiet residential getaway .....yet still close to the premier shopping areas in Cherry Creek, the nearby restaurants & bars on 17th St and Colfax, only a few blocks away from museums and parks (including the Botanic Garden), and a 10 min walk to/from the City Park Farmers Market.

What makes this property unique

1) Historic Victorian mansion with exceptional one-of-a-kind layout on 3 floors; A large living + dining room for lounging and gathering in the evenings And can sleep 6 adults comfortably in 3 separate bedrooms (each in a separate wing of the building for complete privacy = no shared walls!!). All 3 have Queen size beds.
2) Excellent hotel-like services (Premium Cable TV with Streaming services, On-Demand Movie Channels & Sports, High Speed Internet, Weekly Housekeeping, Coffee Bar / Espresso / Tea Essentials, Toiletries, etc -- all included!)
3) Has 2 Spa-worthy marble and white ceramic tiled FULL - bathrooms. One that is en-suite to the Master Bedroom with a large shower & clawfoot cast-iron soaking tub, and one that is located next to the Guest Bedrooms (accessed by a central hallway) with it's own full size tub-shower
