Come stay with us! This charming well equipped home in the Avenues. Just 2 blocks from Enloe Medical Center. Great walkable area with coffee shops nearby. Stay for a night or a month. You will love spending these winter days on the wonderful outdoor patio with courtyard and established landscaping. Sip your coffee, or your wine or fire up the BBQ for friends. Great little house for a small group of 4 or 5.

Nice home

Nice clean home in quiet neighborhood close to downtown Chico. Beds are very firm but comfortable. Parking is good. Enjoyed my stay.

Lovely Stay!

In the middle of an intense heat wave, it was really great to have central A/C and ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living room - we were very comfortable. We felt safe with our little dogs going outside in the fully fenced yard, which was a true convenience. Everything was charming, clean, easy. Host was great, very responsive. Location was central and close to many great restaurants. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Super house

This beautiful house was in a low stress quiet neighborhood which was close to our relatives house, the University, downtown Chico and markets. Sadly we could not use the neat outside patio area because of the rain. The interior exhibited a good eye for design and was super clean. All the house appliances were in tip-top shape and the kitchen was organized and laid out in a user friendly way. i never spoke with the owner but she was in touch via text. We liked are stay there a lot and will try to stay again next time we are in Chico. I will definitely recommend it to friends and family when they visit Chico.
