A fabulous unobstructed beachfront view can be yours from your own private condo and balcony right on the most beautiful beach in the U.S.!

Kick back in our comfortable balcony lounge chairs and watch the dolphins or enjoy gorgeous sunsets! We are on the 10th floor directly facing the gulf and beach, low enough for great views and peace of mind, yet high enough for quiet and privacy.

Our condo has been newly professionally decorated with tasteful and comfortable furnishings.

Renovations have been made throughout the condo including:

Brand new queen sleeper sofa with upgraded memory foam mattress and two new comfortable reclining chairs. (January 2024)

All new cherry kitchen cabinets, custom granite counter tops and all new stainless steel appliances.

Newly renovated bathrooms with updated cherry vanities and mirrors, new lighting, curved shower curtain, new fixtures.

Brand new 58” smart HDTV & 40” smart TV with access to Cox Cable TV

Fully tiled flooring through out with 18' tile in the bedroom and living room.

New dining furniture and entertainment centre.

Our condo provides free secure and dependable, wireless high speed internet.

Pelican Beach Resort is immaculately maintained and offers the perfect family vacation, romantic getaway or winter retreat. Amenities include beach side pool and drink bar, poolside cafĂŠ, beachside hot tub and kiddie pool plus additional indoor heated pool with swim-out to a second outdoor pool, grilling area with multiple grills, fitness center, tennis courts and arcade room.

Our unit received the highest possible rating. Accommodations include a comfortable king sized master bedroom with ceiling fan and private bath, plus a hall bunk bed alcove with an additional full bath. The living room contains a queen sized sleeper sofa with upgraded foam mattress and two comfortable reclining chairs. Balcony also features two comfortable lounge chairs with ottoman.

Coin operated washer/dryer are just a few steps down the breezeway. I load it and leave it with no worries.

Check in is simple and convenient with entry door electronic lock with customized individual door codes for each stay.

Last minute stay

This was a very last-minute stay, and the host was very accommodating. The property was just as advertised, Great view from the balcony. The bed in the master bedroom was very firm. They provide 2 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, A beach cart and sand toys. It was just my husband and I so we did not use all of it, but I thought that was very thoughtful and a great perk!

Don't let the check-in process affect your stay.

The unit has a wonderful view of the gulf and is represented well in the pictures. There was plenty of parking available and EV chargers as well. The unit uses the buildings Internet/WiFi but it seems speedy enough while we were there. The entrance was maned 24/7 so you had to have a pass displayed and wait for them to open the gate every time you came back. My only real complaint was the check in. Multiple pages of rules that you had to read and sign. They provide bracelets to show that you were staying there. $25 fee if you lost it and need a replacement. You are not allowed to bring back anyone that is not saying in your unit. Not a good first impression when checking in. That being said we were never asked to show our bracelets and had no issues during our stay.
