The dining room features a sturdy table with a large window and luxurious curtains, perfect for morning coffee or evening meals. The living room offers a mid-size TV with up-to-date channels and a cozy wall fireplace. Bedrooms have queen beds with soft sheets and fluffy pillows. The kitchen is fully equipped with new stainless steel appliances, including an electric stove, oven, refrigerator, and microwave. Full bathroom with bathtub and shower. On-site driveway parking is $25; street parking is free. The refrigerator offers a selection of alcoholic beverages (tequila, cognac, wine, champagne; $20–$40 per bottle; charges apply if opened). Marlowe St stay

When we arrived, the property was exactly as described and expected from the photos, clean, and in a quiet area. Bonus points for the extra toiletries in the restroom and ample space to park. Would stay here again.

My overall impression of the house was to cancel my stay. But i stayed and made the best of the situation because i couldnt get my money back wouldve been better at a hotel...pictures look like they were from when the house was newly furnished and remodeled from what it used to be and those pictures are outdated .Couch look like it came from a thrift store Very worn down.I could see the wood Super small refrigerator The house does not have central heat he has Six different heaters in the house , but do not Run them all at the same time because the circuit will break it drpends on where you booked this house. From it'll give you a different description. This is a 3 bedroom house that he converted into a 2 family flat. And I didn't know that until I got there and there was somebody else. Staying upstairs Very drafty , so when it came to smoking ,outside the smell can still get inside and youll get you deposit taken.....poorly decorated NO DOORS ON ANY HINGE INCLUDING THE BATHROOM...JUST Sliding PANELS.....CHEAPLY PUT TOGETHER TRAP HOUSE

Guest decided to have a house party and was upset because guest made damages and her security deposit went to fixing them and replacing the things that were taken. Chelsea threaten to leave a bad review if a report was made and she didn’t receive her security deposit back. We have a strict policy when it comes to large gatherings and smoking in the home to keep a safe keep of the household ground rules to prevent damages and a disturbance to the neighbors and future guest. We keep an high standard and professionalism making sure all of our guest has a pleasant comfortable stay with a clean environment we hope that you can respect the policy’s at your future stays to prevent dissatisfaction from breaking the rules next time
