Great condo and complex is in a fantastic spot of South Kihei. The unit was VERY clean when we showed up. Plenty of pans and tableware for the two of us and I would think for 4 people if that many were there. The complex has a great pool and nice lawn area which enhances the Ocean view. Hopefully will be able to stay there soon again.

We had an amazing stay at this property. Booking was seamless, with prompt and clear communication from the host. Check-in was easy. Ample parking. The suite had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The grounds are lovely, and the view is incredible! We really liked staying oceanside of S Kihei road and steps away from the beach. I would have no hesitation booking this property again.

Great spot. Wonderful to have access to chairs for the beach. Walking distance from a lovely area of beach that we enjoyed greatly. Close drive to good food and drinks. Only negative was the temperature - wish there was A/C!

I somehow missed that this place does not have AC. The resort is a great location but not fun staying in July with no AC. The listing claims to be recently remodeled but it doesn’t seem like it. Biggest complain is how hot it got, our baby monitor temperature sensor was reading 80 degrees at midnight. The fans were not powerful enough to make it comfortable. This place definitely needs an upgrade with AC. Other units in the resort have AC, but this one does not.

Oceanfront Sunsets

We were very pleased with this oceanfront condo. Great location, incredible sunsets directly in front of our balcony. The location was ideal, with a soft sandy beach steps away to the left, and great snorkeling steps away to the right.well stocked kitchen.

Great unit in perfect location

Really pleased with this unit in Kihei. Well stocked kitchen, very clean, lots of storage and closet space. Great location which Is easy to walk to beach, town and restaurant. No issues with parking. Loved library and warm pool. Will stay again.

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was just right for me and my husband. It was well furnished and had all the supplies we would for a fun trip, including snorkels and gear. The view was fantastic and we enjoyed our time on the lanai. The bed in the room does need to be replaced. It sagged in spots and my husband found it difficult to get comfortable. Overall, it was lovely and we enjoyed our time there very much.

Beachfront beauty

The pictures were accurate and this was a lovely condo right on the beach. It does get windy in the afternoon so be prepared for wind. As there isn’t an air conditioner this helps cool the condo off. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Views

Kihei Surfside is a beautiful property with friendly people. The views from the lanai are beautiful and the property is fairly quiet (except for the chickens). It is so nice to not be in the middle of the hustle and bustle of downtown Kihei but still be close enough to enjoy the restaurants and shopping. This is our first time here and we will definitely be back. Aloha

Lovely Condo in Amazing Location!

My son and I had a really comfortable stay in this lovely condo. Beautiful views from the balcony and I was able to fall asleep to the sounds of crashing waves. There was construction being done during our stay which was right outside of the balcony, but considering the location and the condition of the condo, this was honestly a very minor inconvenience. I would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Maui and would love to stay here again if I find myself on the island in the futur

I stayed there the 1st time in 1977. Property has improved a lot since then. The grass in now like a golf course. Units are updated, and just to the south, the beach we walked for 2-1/2 miles down to the 4 Seasons for lunch a couple times. The best spot in Maui in my opinion.

Location is perfect!

We’ve always wanted to find a place on the beach side of Kihei Rd. This is it! Wonderful view of ocean from our 2nd floor one bedroom condo. Right next to a beautifully maintained public park. Condo was small but the layout is efficient. It was comfortable & clean. The well-equipped kitchen made cooking meals relaxing! The staff keep the grounds in excellent condition and on-site manager is in the office (during the daytime) for all questions/concerns. Free parking just steps from the elevator. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Maui Condo

This is a very nice condo in a beautiful, quiet, scenic spot on Maui. It is very close to the water and has an amazing view. The beach is great for swimming and snorkeling. I love the huge, grassy area with chaise lounges to sit and relax while looking at the ocean. The pool is heated and clean. This particular unit has an amazing shower with a setting for jets which is great for the low back! The only thing I feel needs improvement is the sofa bed. I hope they will replace that soon because the mattress was no good. The condo is in a great location, close to restaurants, stores, and activities. We had a wonderful trip!

Wonderful!

Do not hesitate to book this unit! The location is perfect. The grounds are so beautiful and it's quiet. The unit is easy access to the pool and quiet. Restaurants and grocery stores are an easy drive away. The unit is equipped with everything you need for your stay. There is a great walking path to the property next door which has a great beach and excellent snorkling. My husband went snorkling every morning around 7am. The water is calm and clear at that time. It's a dog friendly property and we enjoyed watching them play together every evening. Other than that, you would never know that dogs were on the property. We enjoyed hanging out at the pool in the afternoon and meeting nice, friendly people every day! I can't say enough great things about Kihei Surfside. Our visit was wonderful and I wish I would have discovered this place years ago. Oh, BTW...killer sunsets!

Wonderful Unit with Amazing Views!

We enjoyed a truly wonderful stay during the holidays this year. The owner and his assistant were quick and responsive; checkin and checkout were simple and easy; and parking was plentiful. The property is in the perfect location with stunning views of the ocean, the mountains, the pool and the lawn. The unit was clean and comfortable and we felt right at home. We did a lot of cooking and found the extent and quality of the cookware to be better than any place we've stayed in previously. Wish list: The condo was just about perfect so our wish-list is small. The low-flow bathroom sink faucet took some getting used to as it sprayed with odd pressure - would have loved a regular faucet. A towel drying rack out on the lanai for beach days would have been helpful. A few more beach towels, extra sheets for the bed, and a splatter gaurd for the frying pan would have been nice additions as well. Overall, though, the unit was wonderful and exceeded our expectations - thanks for a lovely stay!

We loved our stay at the Kihei Surfside! Even when we encountered a minor bump, Larry was proactive and communicative — a wonderful host. The view couldn’t be beat and the 30 second walk to the sandy beach was *chef’s kiss*. I’m already dreaming of my next visit.
