This was the perfect spot for our Italy trip. We rode the tram from the airport right up to our apartment. We were directly across from the trains to visit all the cities we wanted and we were in center city Florence where we could enjoy all the perks of the area. The wifi access was truly helpful and the facilities were clean. It would be helpful to have washcloths, extra towels and extra trash bags, as ours was a prolonged visit.

Hi Genni
Thank you so much for being our wonderful guests, you’re always welcome back
The check in process is a bit of a hassle. You have to get through the front door to the complex first, then there is a combination lock to a mailbox (which doesn't work right) to get the 4 keys. Key to elevator doesn't work every time (told host who never responded) then go through two more locked doors before getting to the unit. I honestly didn't notice in the listing before renting that there is no living room and there are also no sitting chairs to chat at the end of the day with companions which makes it hard to have a conversation about the next day's events. Sure, there are 4 chairs at a counter in the kitchen (all in a row) not comfortable or convenient. There is room in both bedrooms to provide chairs so they really should. Nevertheless, the unit is literally right across the street from the train station which is great, and the beds are comfortable, and unit was clean.
