Welcome to your Cape Cod getaway at "Anchor in the Pines"! Our spacious and private 3-bedroom, 2-bath home is located just steps from the Cape Cod Rail Trail and a short drive to the pristine bay and National Seashore beaches.

Location: Perfectly situated on the Cape Cod Rail Trail and minutes from bay side beaches and National Seashore.

Accommodation: 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, open floor plan with a living room, dining room, and kitchen. Game room with bunk beds for added fun!

Entertainment: Explore the calm bayside beaches like First Encounter (less than 3 miles) or experience the excitement of Coastguard and Nauset Light beaches on the National Seashore side (4.2 miles).

Dining: Fabulous Eastham restaurants just a short drive away. Owners are happy to provide a curated list of favorites and recommendations, including options for dietary restrictions.

Recreation: Ride your bike or take a walk on the 25-mile Cape Cod Rail Trail, right around the block! We love to ride this into town in Orleans and grab a coffee at Hot Chocolate Sparrow, or up to Wellfleet and have lunch at PB Boulangerie. Catch a once in a life time sunset at First Encounter Beach.

Amenities: Complimentary Wi-Fi, smart TV with Amazon Firestick, washer/dryer, and bathrooms stocked with Living Proof hair products.

Baby/toddler-friendly beach supplies available, including a California Beach Co. tent, Fisher Price on-the-go baby dome, boogie boards and floaties.

Important Information:

Linens: Please bring your own bath and beach towels, as well as sheets and blankets. We have linens available for a fee, please reach out pre-trip to coordinate that, if needed.

Supplies: Paper towels and toilet paper provided.

Note: Basement (bunk room) does not have air conditioning, but tends to be cooler during warmer months.

Trash collection is every Friday am. Trash must be placed in the Nauset Disposal bin and brought to the road for pick up, please bring bin back down.

We had a nice stay here. The house is close to beaches and the bike trail. The backyard is backed up to woods and has a nice firepit which we enjoyed a lot. The communication with the host was easy and they were very responsive.

Quiet but close to everything!

Our family had a lovely week at John and Shauna's home in Eastham! Very clean and comfortable for our family of five (including 3 teenagers). Communication and check-in were easy. The home is in the perfect location...quiet neighborhood but very short drives to both bay side beaches and the national seashore as well as restaurants in Eastham, Orleans, and Wellfleet. And the rail trail is right around the corner! Would definitely stay here again!

Why they chose this property

Eastham is our favorite part of the cape. Nothing compares to an outercape sunset and the calmness of the family friendly bayside beaches that you can walk and explore for miles on, or the excitement of the National Seashore Beaches with large waves and seal and (maybe!) shark sightings.

What makes this property unique

Our home has been in our family for years. It's nestled on the corner of a private street with most neighbors living here for the same amount of years. Its quiet yet close to everything.
