Hosts were quick to respond. We did not use the outside bedroom since there was no bathroom. It would be nice to have extra kitchen towels and dishcloths

Thanks for your thoughts. The outside detached pool table room was not advertised as having a bathroom, so I hope it wasn't too inconvenient. Our staff always leaves kitchen linens each for washing & drying and plenty of pot holders. I am sorry you didn't feel these were enough.
Enjoyed our stay in the mountains. Property convenient to local activities. While it had plenty of room for our group, there were a couple of minor concerns.Step down into living room needs to be marked.(Trip hazard)Beds were not comfortable.

Thanks for your time and insights. We appreciate your suggestions and hope you enjoyed the stay.
We had a truly fantastic stay at this property and highly recommend it. From the moment we arrived, the entire experience was perfect. The views are absolutely breathtaking and were the highlight of our trip—we couldn't get enough of them! The entire space was spotlessly clean, and the overall quality of the amenities and the stay itself was excellent. We truly appreciated the host's attention to detail and the beautiful setting. The only constructive feedback we have is regarding the comfort of the beds. While everything else exceeded expectations, the mattresses were quite uncomfortable and made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Improving the bedding would make this 10/10 stay truly flawless.Despite the beds, we had such a great time that we would absolutely love to return and wholeheartedly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a memorable North Carolina getaway!

I'm so happy to hear you enjoyed the cabin after rescheduling due to Helene the year before. We have upgraded the mattresses to add to the comfort of the cabin. We hope you will return soon!
We loved the house and the location, plenty of room. Some of the mattresses weren’t real comfortable but the overall stay was excellent. If we come that way again we would surely consider renting the same house

Thanks for your suggestions. We have upgraded many mattresses and hope this increases the enjoyment of the cabin.
We had a great time staying at Sugar Plum Cabin. Highlights included the fire pit and elk wandering through the yard, and kids enjoying having a shared bunk bed room and their own dining area (back porch). A good space for large gatherings!

We love to hear families enjoying all parts of the cabin. Children seem to love exploring all it has to offer. Please come again soon, you are always welcomed back!
My group had a great time at this property. Plenty of things to do on the property to keep us engaged during "down time" and enough space for people to be able to do "their own thing."
