Sparkling Clean Oceanfront Condo at Amelia Surf & Racquet

This quiet and comfortable 4th floor condo is three buildings south of a Ritz Carlton hotel and has the same expansive, direct beachfront view as the most expensive rooms at the Ritz. Being on the 4th floor not only makes it quieter but also is high enough to be able to see both the beach and the ocean. The view can be enjoyed from the living room, the dining area, the kitchen, the bedroom and the balcony.
This recently remodeled and well-maintained condo is in a gated resort which has four clay tennis courts and two pools and is located on a shaded hike and bike trail. Nearby are golf courses, kayaking, horseback riding, sailing and surfing opportunities. Free WiFi. Beach chairs, umbrella, beach buggy and large supply of towels and linens furnished.

We so enjoyed the comfort, attractive decorating, well supplied kitchen offered by this condo. The ocean view is outstanding. The owner's have gone to great lengths in many ways to offer a very desirable vacation stay.

A wonderful experience overall. The unit was clean and had anything we could have wanted from beach towels/chairs to seasonings for cooking. The bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed incredible sunrises from either the bedroom and living room windows or private patio each morning. Cynthia, the owner, was very responsive during all interactions. Without reservation, I would highly recommend this property.

Condo was very clean and well accommodated. Being on the 4th floor allowed for a perfect ocean view and you’re only steps away from the beach. Everything you needed for your stay in this condo was thought of by the owner. Highly recommend, would definitely consider coming back.

The place was outstanding. Although not listed as amenities, I want to highlight that the lounge chairs on the deck were nice for enjoying morning coffee, beach chairs, towels and umbrellas were provided, and the host also provided some coupons to local seafood places which were excellent while saving us some money as well.

Why they chose this property

This condo is in a well-maintained complex on the quiet tree-shaded end of the island. On the back side of the complex is a hike and bike trail, and on the other side is the ocean with a sandy beach.
